The farewell to senior staff|Goodby is really painful|23-08-2025

Dear diary!

In life we have to leave many people sone for forever others for shorter time duration but few goodbye are very painful which we really don't wanted but still life listening moving on and we have to accept the realities of the life.

In life every day we had different challenges and accept because life couldn't be stop if we are still not accepting it at all.

The 5 staff members were transferred and they gave to leave they had no other options and it's time to say them goodbye with heavy heart and also alit of pain in eyes. It's time for farewell I knew it's hard time because we had spent 5 years together and they had the memories of 30 years together.

Yeah it's life we had to accept it with open heart because there are no other choices we remaining staff arranged farewell party for them and it was planned at hospital so it's convenient for everyone to come and join.

We arranged and work together and I never thought I am senior I participate more than other we bought the required things and it was starting to cut the onion etc.

A big pot was kept for cooking and yeah it's on wood and it's taste is just awesome I truly loved it the aroma the love it had just mind blowing.

I knew all were working with a lot of grief but still they were active few were arranged the water other helped in washing meat and arrangements and it was going super.

In party all staff members sit together on big mat and there are gossiping along with enjoying the food. The biryani was ready, raita and salad was also done.

We enjoyed the food together and say goodbye with good wishes and prayers.
