Assalamu Alaikum friends. Greetings to all and welcome winter. Hope you all are well. So every engagement pageant this season is awesome. So I'm off to participate in this awesome community-hosted engagement contest this week. The name of this contest is Steemit Engagement Challenge-S14W6 | Memories of 2023. Each year passes and leaves many memories for us. So I also have some memories in 2023 that I will share with you.
Yes of course memory plays a very important role in all of our lives. People have more or less memories in their lives. Some have good memories, some have bad memories. People move forward by holding on to old memories. Every moment in human life has memories. Many things happen in our life. Meanwhile, we always want to remember the good memories and forget the bad memories.
Because bad memories remind us of old pain, making us sadder. But we are all human. We have to forget those good and bad memories and live. People choose all the memories of their life. People can never survive without their memories.
Some memories in people's lives haunt their minds. On the other hand, some memories help to make people's lives beautiful. So I think memory is very important in our life. People understand their goals from memory.
I have memories in my life in 2023. Among the best memories is my niece's wedding. So I have a little niece next to my house. Within a few days, his wedding date came. We all participated in that wedding ceremony. A few of us were responsible for all the events that took place from the very beginning to the end. So I went to the market the day before the wedding and bought fish, meat and everything. After that I finish the yellow on the body well. Then on the morning of the wedding, I went to the market and played. Then arrange a pandal for everyone. Then conduct the wedding ceremony properly.

So earlier I have not attended such a wedding ceremony with responsibility. So I had a lot of responsibility in this marriage. We made everyone sit in different seats and eat. I managed the cooking tasks properly. Finally when my niece was leaving with her husband I got upset but I managed to complete all the ceremonies. So that was my very happy memory of 2023. I will remember this memory for the rest of my life.
2023 is the worst memory I still can't forget. It was a rainy day. It was raining all day. Although the electricity was flashing all day. After a while it rained. In fact, we were very afraid at that time. Because many people have died due to electric shock in many parts of Bangladesh. So one night it started raining heavily. So at one point, suddenly the electricity flashed with a loud noise. So then the electric pole next to our house caught fire and burst and cut off the electricity. Then the TV broke in my uncle's house, the fridge in another cousin's house broke. The worst damage was the water motor of my cousin's house which was burnt along with the electrical wiring. So we went to motor engineer to fix that motor.

After going there, the engineer was shocked to see our motor. It took him about three days to fix it. About half of its wings are burnt. All the mains in his house got burnt. I went to his house and connected the new cable. So this incident scared everyone in our area. Then I contacted the electrical office and brought the current back to normal as per their instructions. After this incident we were all very cautious and cautious. So that was the worst memory of 2023.

Out of the bad memories you mentioned one memory, it was due to bad weather, maybe I also realized that day there were storms in different places, and there was lightning.
