First, I washed 2 kg of chicken meat, mixed it with mild pepper, a little salt and a slice of lemon juice and left it for 20 minutes. Then I heated a little oil in a pan. Then I lightly fried the chicken pieces and took them out. This is to improve both the taste and smell of the meat.

In a bowl, I mixed sour cream (4 teaspoons), ready-made roast masala (1 packet), chili powder (1 teaspoon - just for color), and cumin powder (1 teaspoon) with a little water. On the other hand, I made a paste by blending 7/8 almonds and 1 cup of onion.

Heat oil in a large pan, add 1/2 cup of chopped onion and fry it until it turns light brown. Then I removed the onion to be cooked.

Then in the same oil, add 1/2 cup of chopped onion and fry it until it turns light brown. Then I added 2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste and sautéed it for a while. Then I added 1 teaspoon of salt. Then I added the blended almond-onion paste and the previously mixed spices in the pan and fry them well until the oil separates.

After the spices are ground, I added 2 teaspoons of sugar. Then I added the fried chicken pieces. I mixed all the ingredients well and poured 1 cup of milk. I covered the pan and cooked it on medium heat until the meat was tender and the spices were well blended.

Then I added 5/6 green chilies, which will add a great aroma and flavor to the roast. Finally, I spread a little ghee and covered it for 5 minutes.

Before taking the roast out, I sprinkled 1/2 cup of onion powder on top. Then I took the roast in a bowl to serve. Then I took a selfie with the food.
