There are many special things to learn in today's competition. Usually, in the learning challenge, we learn a lot. In today's Stimulant, we have also learned some exercises to relieve pain that every person needs to know.

✅ First you have to share your knowledge about pain, it's type and pathology.

Pain is a danger signal for the body that warns us. Through this pain, we can understand that we have been injured or are suffering from a complex problem. I am a student of the science department. From my limited knowledge, we can perceive pain inside and outside our bodies. Pain is caused by some kind of injury or indicates a complex problem. Pain is usually of 2 types.

  • Acute pain
  • Chronic pain

🟩 Acute pain:

Acute pain refers to a pain that starts suddenly and is so severe that we scream as soon as we feel the pain. This pain is more likely to be caused by a problem with the joints or due to surgery. However, I can say that this pain is caused by childbirth pain, toothache, pain caused by tripping while walking or when a part of the body is cut or injured. However, this pain usually does not last for a long time, but for a short time, so if the pain is more severe, the patient should be taken to the doctor immediately.

🟥 Chronic pain:

When a person has pain in any part of the body for years, it is called chronic pain. This pain does not heal easily, but there is always some pain. Usually, this pain is caused by bone loss, neglected diseases. It also includes pain caused by the kidneys, liver and cancer. When any pain is acute, due to treatment or negligence, it remains in this pain for years, and at a certain stage, it turns into chronic pain.

🟦 Pain pathology:

We have already discussed 2 types of pain. We have already learned that if acute pain is not treated properly, it gradually turns into chronic pain.

When any part of our body is injured, cut due to surgery, or burned, inflammation starts at the wound site. Due to this inflammation, we have redness, swelling, and pain at the site of infection. Because it sends pain signals from our damaged part to the brain and analyzes this pain, identifies the pain and tells us which part of the body has a problem. So acute pain is a warning for us that we can solve if we want. However, if this pain is not treated, it gradually turns into chronic pain.

✅ You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently or previously that hasn't treated yet.

I myself am also suffering from this disease, so instead of talking about others, I am sharing my story. I do a private job in the marketing department. I have to walk and visit the market, so standing for a long time and walking to the store and visiting the market puts pressure on my spine, which causes me to suffer from back pain.

Normally, when we stand, the entire weight of our body affects the spine, which causes my back pain. It also becomes difficult for me to stand. I suffer from several problems due to this pain,

  • I cannot stand for long periods of time.

  • I cannot sit for long periods of time.

I have not taken any treatment for this pain yet.

✅ It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or apply above given exercises or tips, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment.

I started cervical stretching for back pain from the video given by Stimulant. I got good results the first time, which has reduced my hip pain a little. I lay down on the floor and spread a mat, and lay down with my body relaxed and keeping my hands on the floor and keeping them straight and keeping my legs folded.

First of all, I keep one leg folded and pointing upwards at a 90-degree angle and towards the chest, which fixes the balance of my legs as well as affects my hips. In this way, I take 10 seconds and then put the leg back in its original position. In the same way, I keep the other leg pointing upwards at a 90-degree angle and towards the chest for 10 seconds. This is how I practice this stretching for 1 minute.

Also, along with stretching, I apply a hot bag (hot water inside the bag), which gives me relief from the pain. Applying a hot bag immediately relieves my pain, and I feel a little relaxed. Applying is the first step to relieve the pain and has no side effects.

I have been getting good results by stretching, and I feel quite relaxed by applying a hot bag.

Task 1 (1/1.5)You shared good knowledge about pain, its types and pathology. You share good knowledge about pain, its types and pathology. But it would be better if you add the pathology of chronic pain as well, because if I asked about both types, then you would have to add the pathology of both types.
Task 2 (2.5/2.5)Yes, prolonged standing, walking and sitting will lead to low back pain as our body is whole weighted on the lower limb while sitting or standing, which weakens the muscles and causes pain as well. I would suggest you perform knee to chest and back presses for your lower back pain, but perform the knee to chest closer to your chest, like we fold our legs to our abdomen to release pressure on back muscles and relieve pain. Early management for low back pain is good as it will prevent the future complications.
Task 3 (5.8/6)I am glad that you understand the lesson and completed all the questions, You perform the exercise well and but it would be better to stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough. I really appreciate your efforts that you apply hot pack before performing exercises and then perform knee to chest.
