Friends, how are you all? I hope you are having a good day. By the grace of God, I am also fine. Today, I have come up with a recipe for you. This will be very useful for my food-loving friends because we all know how beneficial vegetables are for our bodies. We all love to eat vegetables, and today I will prepare and present to you a great recipe of a combination of vegetables and fish. Let's start without further delay.

Required materials 👇🏾

●Fish
● patal
●Small kachu
● radish
●Salt
●Turmeric powder
●Dry chilli powder
● powder
● Cumin powder
● White oil
●Ginger paste
● Garlic paste
● Fried roasted
●Onion
●Bay leaf

The Process of receipe


Step 01

So, friends, let's start cooking. First, peeled the radish ,potol and the kachu and cut them into small pieces. Then, put a pan on the stove and added chopped onion, bay leaf, and all the spices and sautéed them well in oil.

Step 02
Once it is well-cooked, when the oil comes to the top, add the chopped vegetables, then add the vegetables and spices, fry well for two to three minutes, then add a little water and wait for it to boil.

Step 03
In the meantime, cut the fish into pieces, wash them, put them on a plate and add salt, turmeric and chilli . Coat the fish well and marinate it for ten minutes. Meanwhile, put a frying pan on the stove and heat the oil. Then add the marinated fish and fry it lightly.

Step 04
In the meantime, when the vegetables are cooked, add the fry fish to the vegetables. Then wait for another five minutes, and when the cooking is almost done, add enough water to check the salt, sprinkle a spoonful of roasted cumin seeds and cover with a lid and wait for the cooking to be complete.

Step 05
That's it, the cooking is complete, and then remove the pan from the stove. Then take a few pieces of fish and vegetables of your choice in a bowl and prepare them for serving.
