SFS Contest Picture Of The Day Week 53

Story

This has been one of my happiest day in this year. I actually took this picture so I can testify about the goodness of Allah in my life.

It was the day I submitted two commissioned artwork at the same day. Though I didn't take a selfie with the other portrait. However, I was so excited that I didn't remember to shoot a selfie with the second job.

All through this year I have done a lot of jobs. I have served my clients in many different ways. The euphoria of the moments I had doing other jobs can't be compared to the feelings I felt about this particular job.

My client was very patient with me. He literally gave a long duration of time to work on the piece. He has done some artwork with me I. the previous years. He made me drew his girlfriend and himself. That was two years ago.

This other portrait was a birthday celebration gift for his bosom friend. His friend's name is Mr. Kelly. It was a pleasure that I had to do the delivery to him by myself. When I called Mr. Kelly on the phone he asked me to wait for him that he is coming to get it ASAP.

When he came it was really a blessing to me and some street urchins who were begging for some money to buy food. Kelly gave them each 500 naira note to take care of their need or desire.
Kelly also tipped me. He gave me 1000 naira. He said it was an appreciation for delivering the portrait all by myself.
I appreciated him and merried in my heart. I was overjoyed with excitement.

After the delivery and the excitement of the moment I went down to the nearest bus stop to board a tricycle that will take me home. I couldn't wait to share the good news with my younger cousin who is staying with me. As I got home we added some money to the 1000 naira and prepared a very delicious soup for the evening.

That was how I spent that day with lots of happy moments.
