Lifestyle Diary Game| 11 september 2025 | "Having a great evening with some work."
Assalamu Alaikum friends,
I spent a great evening today with Asif Taukir doing some personal work and walking around the city. I was in the room all day studying and doing some online work. We decided that we would go out in the afternoon and finish our work.
The three of us went out in the afternoon and many people were out on the road at that time because this area is next to the college and has the most students. In the afternoon, we could not get an autorickshaw and had to wait for a long time. Durga Puja, the biggest religious festival of Hinduism, is ahead, for which the gate is being built here from now on. The frame is being made with bamboo and later the cloth will be installed. We set off in an auto. The road is so busy that it took us a long time to reach.
First, we came to a book binding and binding shop to cut some of Asif's thick books into smaller pieces. Here, we gave him his books to cut into smaller pieces and bind them. Here, we will cut three books into 7, for which we will have to pay 20 taka (1.25 steem) for each part.
We walked from here towards the field. Before we reached the field, the Maghrib call had been given. We walked to the mosque next to the DC office. Isn't this red building in front of the mosque beautiful? It is the building of the postal department built a long time ago. The postal department was once very necessary for us to exchange any letters or anything. I took a picture of this building and took a selfie from this side of the mosque. We will offer our first prayer in this mosque today. The mosque of the DC office was in the very north, but this one has been newly built in the south. It is a new mosque and built with government money, beautifully built, has AC inside and is quite clean. We performed ablution and went inside the mosque and offered prayers with the Jamaat.
After prayers, we come to eat the famous puri behind the Zilla School for breakfast. All the shops here were occupying the footpaths and the government had evicted them. They have settled down again and now they cannot build houses. They have temporarily erected a tarpaulin and sell puris in the afternoon. We came here and asked them to give us puris. Here, each puri costs 5 taka (0.30 steem) and we took 4 puris and an egg chop on each plate. We finished our breakfast here and paid the bill and came out.
We came to Heaven this time. It has changed ownership and has been opened with new collections. We came here and were looking at their collection. If Tauqir likes a black polo shirt, he takes it. We looked at their collection and saw that some of their products were currently being sold at 10 to 25 percent off. We left.
We came to the book binding shop, then we waited there for some time near Uncle Asif's book binding and we will get it bound. After cutting the books to size, they are sewn and glued and a new cover is being attached. In the picture above you can see the condition of the books before and after cutting. We finished our work and returned to our home. We are finishing today, Allah Hafez.
