Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is healthy and well, Alhamdulillah, I am also healthy and well. Today I am going to present a recipe, I hope you all like it. I like eating khichuri with eggs a lot. So sometimes I enjoy the food. And when I go to my father's house, my mother makes this food for me more and more. And my children like to eat khichuri with eggs. Eggs have a lot of nutrients and vitamins. So most of the time I like to feed rice and khichuri with eggs to my children. A few days ago, I went to my father's house. After going home again, my mother made special food for us. We ate them and then I prepared for the afternoon meal. My children were eager to eat khichuri with eggs, so I made my children make khichuri with eggs. Now I will show you how I made the fried eggs. Let's start now.
What I need to make the recipe.
- Eggs
- Green chilies
- Onions
- Turmeric powder
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Oil
Step 1:
First I washed the eggs with clean water. Then I put the pan on the stove. Then I put the eggs in it with enough water to boil.

Then I started waiting for the eggs to cook. When the eggs were cooked, I peeled them. Then I chopped the onion and green chilies.

Then I put the pan on the stove. I added some oil there. Then I put the eggs in.

Then I sprinkled turmeric on the eggs. Then I colored them red by putting them in a net. And I left them on the stove for a while to get a good color.

Then I also left my chopped onions in between.

Then I tried to fry the onions. I mixed them lightly and seasoned them with turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and everything.

After the spices were mixed, I added some water. Then I added the eggs there. And when the onions became sticky. I removed them from the stove.
