Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope you are well. Today I am here to share another recipe with you. Today I am sharing an ice cream recipe with you. This is a vanilla ice cream. I had made this vanilla ice cream before. Since it was made in advance, it did not seem too difficult to me. I made this ice cream in a short time. This ice cream does not require many ingredients. It was a lot of fun to eat the ice cream. I finished this ice cream in two-three days. I made the ice cream a long time ago. But it was not shared with you. Liquid milk, cornflour, vanilla essence, food colouring.
step 1 :
In the first step, I took some of the condensed milk and mixed it with cornstarch and sugar for a while.
step 2 :
Now, after straining the milk, I strained it for a while with vanilla essence and then cooled it down.
step 3 :
In this step, I took a cup of whipped cream and beat them well. But I kept them a little soft and then added milk and food coloring mixed into these creams to give them a pink color.
step 4 :
In this step, we beat these mixtures to mix them better.
step 5 :
Now I put them in the fridge for a night to cool down properly. After keeping them in the fridge for a night, they were well frozen. Then I served them.
