step 1 :
In the first step, I put a clean pan on the stove. Then, I added a tablespoon of ghee to the pan, and after the ghee got hot, I added three cardamoms and roasted them for a while. After that, I added the semolina.

step 2 :
Now I fried the semolina for about three to four minutes. After frying for a while, a very nice aroma came out of the semolina. And when it seemed to be burning, I added sugar.

step 3 :
At this stage, I added three cups of water to the semolina. After adding water, it thickened within two minutes. The semolina was cooked in a short time.

step 4 :
After the water dried, I added a little bit of yellow food coloring here. Even after adding a little bit of yellow food coloring, a very beautiful color came out. After adding the yellow food coloring here and mixing it for a while, these are ready to serve.

step 5 :
Now I took this semolina halwa out of the oven, put it in a bowl and served it with some almonds on top.

This recipe was a very simple recipe. Serving it with almonds enhanced the beauty of the halwa in many ways. And as beautiful as they look, they were also very tasty to eat. I have made it with a little less sweetness here. Because I do not like to eat too much sweetness. To say less sweetness, this semolina halwa is an absolutely perfect dessert.
