Most Saturdays are my off day duty but this week, I decided to go to work. From Mr calendar, month of August is just at the Conner, July is gone so fast. Actually, I have lot of registers unfilled let alone of months summary form. In some health facilities, monthly data validation is done on the 6 of the new month.

Understandingly, I quickly prepared myself and my daughter and we set on the move. I took public transport commonly known as KEKE. From my house to the health facility is about 30 km which I pay about Naira 800 down there (approximately 4 steems).

And counting in a rush paper and we crossed check properly to avoid mistake and then transfer it to monthly summary form.

Afterward, we handed the report to the ( CEFP). He will submit to the LGA monitoring and evaluation officer.

Thereafter, one of us complain of severe headache, palpitations and blurred vision. I recommended medical check up for her as a clear symptoms of hypertension was obvious. I took her OPD and check her blood pressure but it was on a normal range for an adult.

After a while, I had a call from hubby, he said the CEO of Jed mega enterprises was to see us. I had no option than to rush down.
