Some solutions to the traffic jam problem
I have to go to the city every day for work. Bogra is a small town. I have to travel about 20 kilometers from home every day. I wake up at 5 am, finish all my work by 6:39 am and leave for the IT center.
The road is empty in the morning. As the day progresses, the traffic increases. When I leave for home after finishing my classes, there is so much traffic jam on the road that it becomes difficult to cross the road. The road is almost blocked by auto rickshaws and CNG with chargers running.
Why do traffic jams occur?
There are many reasons for traffic jams. Some of the reasons are mentioned-
🔷 Excessive vehicle load.
🔷 Accidents or signal light problems.
🔷 Road repair or/construction work.
🔷Improper car parking.
🔷Illegal shops on the sidewalk/road.
🔷Breach of traffic rules.
Apart from these reasons, there are many other reasons for traffic jams. Traffic jams have become a regular problem in all cities of Bangladesh. Bangladesh, a small country, has many problems. Traffic jams are one of them. Due to traffic jams, we have to face various problems.

We Bengalis are all quite familiar with traffic jams. Many measures have been taken by the government to reduce traffic jams. This problem cannot be solved by government initiatives alone. Private initiatives are also needed.
