🏵️ Delicious Momos🏵️

🏵️Step1🏵️

First, I will take some sliced ​​chicken. Along with it, I will take chopped onion, chopped green chili, cumin paste, garlic paste, and soy sauce. I will blend the chicken with the help of a blender. I will pour the soy sauce over the chicken.

Then, place a pan and fry the chicken blended with soy sauce along with the onions, chilies, and spices. Fry the chicken pieces well until they are crispy.

Now to make momos, we will take 1 cup of flour. We will make a dough by mixing flour with oil and a little water.

I will make a roti by taking a little flour from the flour dough and put the chicken filling inside it. And I will make momos by folding the momos with my hands. I made many more momos together in the same way.

Then I will steam the momos for a while with the help of a steamer. Once the momos are cooked, I will take them out after some time.

Then I served the delicious homemade momos with sauce.
