Welcome to my new post. I am back with a new post again.I hope everyone will like my new post.Today I will be participating in the 25th week of the Learning Challenge. "SLC-S25/W1 | Caramel Pudding". First of all, I would like to thank @m-fdo madam for organizing a beautiful competition. In this week's dessert challenge, I will be making caramel pudding. Now I will share it with you. Let's start

🏵️ Caramel Pudding🏵️
1 . Make the given recipe in detail with step by step pictures. Include your name tag with the date at the final presentation of the recipe.

🍮Step 1🍮
First, I took three eggs, 150 ml of milk, and 60 grams of sugar.

Then first I will make caramel for caramel pudding. Out of 60 grams of sugar, I will use 40 grams of sugar to make caramel. So I will take 40 grams of sugar in a pan. Then I will add a little water. When the sugar melts, I will wait until the water turns red. I have to be careful that the sugar caramel does not turn too red and boil. If it boils, the caramel will turn bitter. Then I will quickly pour the caramel into the pot in which I will make pudding before it cools.

Then break three eggs into a bowl. Mix the remaining 20 grams of sugar with the eggs. Mix well with 150 ml of heated milk. If you mix for too long, the foam will rise. So, mix it in small amounts.

Then, strain it using a strainer so that the egg whites don't float in the pudding. So, strain the mixture and pour it into the same container where you made the caramel.

Then I will place the stain in a container, add a little water to it, place the pudding container on the stain and cover it. Then I will cook the pudding in hot water for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, check with a skewer. If the pudding does not stick to the skewer, the pudding is ready. Cut around the pudding with a knife and pour it into a plate. This will make a soft, fluffy caramel pudding.

Yes, of course I ate the caramel pudding I made. I also gave it to my family, my mother, father and my sister. The taste of the pudding was very interesting. I have never made pudding before. This is the first time I have made it. It is very soft, fluffy and very smooth. I did not think that its taste would be so tempting the first time I made it. Everyone in my family enjoyed the taste of caramel pudding. It was a perfect caramel pudding to eat.

3 . Explain the specialty of caramel pudding
The first and main feature of caramel pudding is that it is very smooth, soft and fluffy and very creamy. It is so creamy and fluffy that it is mixed before being put in the mouth. Moreover, this caramel pudding is perfect for making sweet desserts at home anytime. It can be made in a short time with few ingredients. This tempting sweet dessert can be made with only two ingredients at a low cost. Which is very delicious to eat.
