The recipe is Traditional Peswari Beef of Pakistan.
Hello Steemains friend,
Today I am sharing a recipe that is now very popular in my country, various restaurants are being cooked and it is as if people from different professions are flocking to restaurants to eat it, at least once, to get a taste of this delicious dish.
The recipe is Traditional Peswari Beef of Pakistan.
A very small amount of spices are added to this recipe which is great to eat, its taste and texture are completely different and disappear when put in the mouth.
This recipe is quite viral on the YouTube channel and is also very popular in our country and people are almost crazy to eat. Recipes produce very nice aromas. This Peswari base recipe is cooked differently by each person.I've never tasted the Pakistani special recipe but I tried cooking it once I saw it on YouTube and I enjoyed eating the recipe.
So today I showed the recipe for cooking Pakistan's authentic traditional Peswari beef with very little spices step by step.
All the ingredients I need to cook it-
Beef | half kg |
---|---|
Ghee | 4 tbsp |
Onion | 3 big |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp |
Pepper powder | 1/2 tsp |
Ginger | 4-5 pieces |
garlic | 4 |
Green chili | 5-6 |
Cardamom | 4 |
Cinamon | 4 stick |
onion slice | 2 |
Potato | 6-7 |
Cumin | 1 tsp |
This cooking is usually best cooked with beef and beef with a portion of the cow's foot run. But I didn't have leg bones I first cooked it with the frozen beef I had in my room.
I won't use any oil to cook it so wash the beef first and drain the water at the beginning of cooking. Then gas stove on and give ghee into the pressure cooker pan.If the Ghee is slightly hot, add the beef and fry it in ghee .
After going for a long time and frying it well, the raw flavor of the beef will go away and a very nice aroma of ghee will come out.

When the meats are well fried I will add a little spice to it especially cumin, salt, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, chili powder, and some whole spices ginger, garlic, cardamom, cinnamon and green chillies and onion onion chopped onion and fried them all together. When the meat has a very nice aroma and when all the meat is fried well, I will give it a lot of water and I will add a few pieces of potatoes and more ghee to it because the amount of ghee I gave while frying the meat has gone away, so the ghee has a good ghee. For the fragrance, add more ghee later.I'll stick the lid of the pressure cooker well and cook it on high heat until I put it in a cooker of five to six whistle.

At this point I'll turn off the stove and take out the pressure inside in the pressure cooker and open the lid and now I'll pour the meats in a bowl and serve them with some raw ginger and green chillies.
I cooked a Pakistani traditional recipe and follow the way I cook this Peswari Beef but I don't know if it's exactly like Pakistani Peswari Beef cooking but I tried to cook as a Bangladeshi cuisine. Hope you like this recipe of mine .
Thank you all on my behalf
Best Regards

The step-by-step illustrations make the entire process easy to follow — I will definitely be trying this recipe soon.
Thank you for sharing a piece of Pakistani culinary heritage in your own unique way.
Dear @imranhassan,
You appreciated my recipe so beautifully that I thought the recipe had doubled in taste. In fact, spicy food is very harmful to health and you can make such a delicious dish with a little spice, you will definitely understand it if you cook it, so you must cook it and eat it.
