Many thanks and sincere congratulations to dear @solaymann & @mohammadfaisal brothers for organizing such a beautiful competition. We are now in the fifth week of steemit challenge season 26. Today I am participating in the competition "Steemit Challenge Season 26 Week 05 - A favourite sports or leisure facility".

Today I will write to you about the playground of Harina Bagbati High School. Geographically, it is located in Bagbati village of the traditional Bagbati union of Sirajganj Sadar police station. I could not find out the exact time when this playground was allocated for the school after questioning several people.
However, this school was established in 1866, on about six acres of land. The founding editor was Babu Madhusudan Roy. Gradually, the land of this school and the field started increasing. And it became the largest playground in Bagbati union. Not only Badbati Union, but it is the largest playground among the surrounding unions.

To reach this field, from Sirajganj city, you have to go west along Kazipur Road from Ghorachara intersection, on the "Sirajganj- Bagbati-Dhunat" highway, just one kilometer. I have taken a picture of this highway and presented it below.
After reaching the field, you will see Abdullah Al Mahmud Degree College just to the east. And Harina Bagbati High School is just to the north of the field. Between the inner field and the outer field of this school, there is only a brick wall. Currently, a popular game, football tournament, is going on in this field. Which is organized by the "political leaders of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party" of Bagbati Union.

And this tournament has been named, "Shaheed Zia Memorial Football Tournament 2025" which has brought back the vitality of this field in a new form, after a long sixteen years.
Because the beauty of a field is that regular sports are going on in that field. Which was almost silent for the past 16 years due to political reasons. And 16 teams have participated in this tournament. These teams include Bogra, Natore, Pabna and various upazilas of Sirajganj district. This popular game is almost emerging from the rural areas. However, after a long wait, this tournament has spread a different joyous effect among the people of this union and some surrounding unions.

I understood this scene of joy and excitement, when I was present at the field last Tuesday, September 9. Because there was an important game of the tournament that day. When I reached the field at 2:40 pm, I saw that more than half of the field was filled with spectators. The game will start at 4 pm. I was even more surprised that in this village field, although there is no gallery made for spectators like in the city stadium, the tournament authorities have temporarily built a gallery with the help of bamboo and wood for the spectators to sit. They have also built a high tower in one corner of the field to record the video of the game. In addition, a separate gallery for the authorities to sit and a dressing room for the players.

To watch this game of the tournament, just as a crowd of spectators gathers from far and wide. In order to increase the joy of these spectators, various street food vendors have gathered around the field. Which has increased the beauty of this game. While walking along one side of the field, I took a selfie with an old uncle selling nuts. And a brother is selling Chanachur in a suit, whom I could not help but take a picture of. Seeing him, I feel like eating a little hot Chanachur and enjoying the game.

Such a popular sports festival in the village field makes our minds cheerful and happy. That joy, which is often not found in the stadiums of the district town or the divisional city. Even such joy is not found in the national stadium. Therefore, I think it is necessary to organize such tournaments from time to time to keep our bodies and minds healthy.
