Recipe for making flower pitha

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh, how are you all, I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah, I am well by the grace of Allah, Alhamdulillah. Today I will share with you the recipe for making pitha, first wash your hands thoroughly with soap. Always make sure to sanitize your hands before eating anything. Today I will make egg pitha. First I took many eggs, then broke them one by one and put them in a large bowl. Then I mixed them with sugar, salt, eggs and mixed them with my hands for about 15 to 20 minutes until the sugar melted, along with half a cup of water, then the sugar melted well and became water.

Then I mixed the eggs, sugar, salt and a little water well and then added the flour. After mixing the flour a little, I added the flour. Then I mixed it well and it took about 30 to 40 minutes to make some. I mixed it well and kept it covered for another ten minutes. Then we all sat down together to make the pithas. We took a little bit of flour dough again, kneaded it well, made it into a round shape and started making the balls. Actually, when we went to make it, in our house in Noakhali, there are many things available in the market to make it, called bus choti or bamboo-based api. We didn't have anything like that to cut, so we continued working with a knife. The amount of eggs, flour, salt, sugar that I used to make these.

  • 1/ Eight eggs
  • 2/ 2 tablespoons salt
  • 3/ Half a kilo of sugar
  • 4/ One and a half kilos of flour
  • 5/ 1 kilo of flour

Then everyone was giving me a round of egg bread, actually everyone was saying that my mother, my aunt, my little aunt, and I had a simple design, but no one could make it. Then I taught everyone how to make it for a while, and I made it myself for a while, telling everyone that they would definitely be able to do it if they looked closely. There is no such thing as a person who cannot do anything. If they try, they will achieve everything. Everything is possible. If you have a little patience and understand, everything is possible. When the bread is ready, it should be rolled out in such a way that it is so thin that you can see the other pita from this pita. It should be so thin. The thinner it is, the more beautiful the design of the pita will be.

Then, to make and keep the pitha, we made a basket, a bowl, a steel ball, about five kg of pitha. Actually, the reason for making so many is because I will give it to my younger aunt's daughter's son-in-law's house. So, we can make all kinds of designed pitha together and have fun. There is only one problem, that is, when different designs are made, a lot of raw raw bread comes out of the bread machine. Once the bread is baked well, when it is kneaded again, it becomes very hard, which is why the problem arises. So we tried to make it somehow. It looked very beautiful. After making some in the middle, we put them in oil to fry, then we have to heat the oil and put the pitha in the oil on low heat, otherwise there is a possibility of burning.
