We go to government offices for our various needs, we try to solve our necessary tasks through government offices, it is not possible to do our necessary tasks without government offices, especially for any land-related matter, we go to the land office, and from there we complete various tasks of our land.

Another government office related to land is the registration department, where we can register our land, in which the sub-registrar does the work of land registration, here various works of land documents are done, especially the work of land documents is done for changing the ownership of the land, the ownership of the land is changed through the land document.

If someone suddenly sells the land, then the land document has to be made in the name of the person to whom he will sell it, that land document has to be changed through the government registration office, the land document has to be made in the name of the person who has the land being sold, the sub-registration officer signs that document, through this the ownership of the land changes.

In addition to changing ownership through land deeds, many other land-related works are done in these offices, after the land deed is done, the land has to be rejected, this land is rejected through this office, in addition, all the documents required for land registration and corrections are done from this office.

I purchased a land in Jirani Bazar in Dhaka city, two days ago the land deed was made in my name, for this I went to the sub-registry office located in Gazipur Sadar two days ago, from there the land deed was made in my name, after a week the duplicate of the land will come out and then the land will be rejected in my name, I was at the Gazipur sub-registry office all day that day to make the land deed in my name.

A new complex has been built for the registry office, the complex has been named Registration Complex Gazipur, currently all the land paperwork work in Gazipur is done in this registration complex, the old building will be demolished as it is quite unsuitable for use, no more work is done in the old office.

When entering the new complex, a big gate is first seen, various vehicles enter through the big gate, there is a small gate next to the big gate for people to enter, there is a security room next to that gate for security, after entering the church, a flower garden can be seen on the right hand side, and the national flag of Bangladesh can be seen flying in front of the flower garden.

Usually there is no flower garden inside such an office, but the clever passage of the new building of this recipe office has been cleaned very nicely, a beautiful flower garden has been made in front of the complex and on the north side, various types of flowers are blooming here, there is a car parking facility after entering from the gate, and there is a motorcycle parking facility on one side.

After entering the complex, there are beautiful stairs on the north side to enter the various locks of the complex, and each lock of the complex has a sound box and a digital board of serial numbers, the serial number of the person is announced through the sound box, and that serial number is checked on the digital board, the person completes the land registry work according to the serial, especially the work of correcting the land documents.

Outside the registration complex of the registry office, various land document writers and searchers are stationed, they write the land documents of the person and do all the work related to the land documents, this registry office has the Gazipur Sadar Document Writers and Searchers Association, the association has a building where all the document writers stay and from there they work on writing the land documents.

It takes almost a whole day to register land documents in this registry office, so there are various hotels and restaurants outside the registry office for people to eat, people have lunch in these hotels and restaurants after the land registration work is done, we did not eat lunch here and went to the Gazipur intersection for lunch.

Although there are various irregularities in government offices, some such irregularities have been seen in this registry office in Gazipur too, but the new complex of this rest office looks very beautiful and the surroundings are very nicely arranged, we stayed in this registry office all day that day and completed the work on my land documents, after the work on the land documents was finished, we returned from there.
