We can see different types of traders on the side of the road, they run their business standing on the sidewalk with very little capital, there are many stories behind all these businesses, in some cases the food of the traders on the side of the road is not healthy, but those who want to do business well, want to do business with honesty, they always prepare their food cleanly and beautifully, they try to keep their food healthy.

The shops of these food traders on the side of the road are very small, most of the traders have a small van, they prepare food on that van and keep all the furniture for storing food on it and run their business, after doing business all day, at night they go home again with all the business items, most of the street traders do mobile business.

Today I will tell you about a trader in our Kazipur Upazila Shimanto Bazar, who sells various food items standing on the side of the road. This market is the bus stand in our area. We board buses and various vehicles from this market to go anywhere. Although there are many other food traders in this market, this trader seems different to me.

His business starts every day after the Zuhr prayer. He has a van to bring and receive business supplies. He has built a small house on the roof. Basically, he keeps all his business supplies and starts doing business on this meditation. Every day, his business starts after noon. He continues his business until 9 pm. At 9 pm, he packs up his business and takes the van home.

In this small business of his, he sells various types of food items, one of his food items is Halim, he serves Halim to the customers in bowls, he also makes various types of food items including Chola Boot, Piyaju, Chatpati, Fuchka, Alu Chop and others, he makes these foods himself.

He brings some of the foods he sells from home, because those foods cannot be made here, like Halim he cooks from home, Fuchka and everything else he cooks with Fuchka, I cook Chola Boot from home, it takes a lot of time to make these foods here.

There are also some foods that they prepare in this market, there is a gas stove for preparing food, there is a big pot, in the meantime they prepare various types of food with oil, they prepare the food they prepare here, they bring the food equipment in advance, they just prepare it here and serve it to the customers hot, one of the foods they prepare here is piaju, potato chop, brinjal chop.

There are some foods that have to be sold by weight, for this reason there is a meter for weighing food inside their shop, they weigh the food and sell it on that digital meter, there is a little sitting area next to their shop where these customers sit and eat the food, and many others take the food home in parcels, everyone eats these foods at home.

He always tries to make good quality food, I sometimes buy different types of food from him and come home, and sometimes I sit next to his shop and eat food, these foods are usually eaten by people in the afternoon, when I go to the market in the afternoon, I often sit next to his shop and eat different types of food, his cooking is very beautiful, and he makes his food very tasty.
