Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new recipe post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends today I have made a very easy and delicious Crispy Potato and Lentil Pakora recipe at home.Today I will share the step by step recipe for making potato and lentil pakoras so that you can follow each step I have given and make these crispy potato and lentil pakoras at home. so let's start........

Sl. No. | Ingredients | Quantity |
01 | Lentils | 1 Cup |
02 | Potato | 2 pis |
03 | Chopped onion | 1 cup |
04 | Chopped green chilies and coriander leaves | 2 tablespoons |
05 | Ginger paste, garlic paste and dried chili paste | 1 tablespoons |
06 | Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
07 | Salt | 1 tablespoons(to taste) |
08 | Soybean oil | 1 cup |
09 | Chaat masala | 1 tsp |
10 | Rice flour and gram flour | 4 tablespoons |
Step 01

- First, I took a clean bowl and put a cup of lentils in it.Then I soaked the lentils in two cups of water for 10 to 20 minutes.Once the lentils are thoroughly soaked, I then strain the water.
Step 02

- Then I took a blender and put the pre-soaked lentils inside the blender jar.Then I pasted it for some time.
Step 03

- Then I took two potatoes and peeled them well.Peeled and washed thoroughly with clean water.Then I grated two potatoes well using a grater.
Step 04

- Then the grated potatoes are thoroughly washed two to three times with clean water and the water is drained.Then I took a clean vessel, put the lentil paste in it and the pre-grated potatoes.Then I added salt, cumin, garlic paste, ginger paste, and dried chili paste to taste into the potato and lentil paste.Then I added coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, chopped turmeric powder and a spoon of chaat masala.Then I added 4 tablespoons of rice powder and two tablespoons of gram flour to make the pakoras crispy.
Step 05

- Then I mixed all the ingredients together and made the dough for the pakoras.Then I put a pan on the stove and added a cup of soybean oil.When the oil is slightly hot, I make small pakora-shaped balls with my hands and place them on the oil.
Step 06

- Then I turned the pakoras over and fried them well until they were brown in color.Once the pakoras are nicely crispy, I remove them from the oven through a sieve and place them on some tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
Finally ready potato and lentil pakora recipe 👌

Finally, today's potato and lentil pakoras are ready.Then I serve it nicely with tomato sauce.You can serve it with tomato sauce for tea or as an afternoon snack.It was as crispy and delicious to eat as it was to look at beautiful
