Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new recipe post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.One of the favorite dishes of Bengalis is brinjal and potato curry with rui fish.We are Bengalis, so rice and fish are one of our daily food items.Today I am sharing with you all the step by step process of cooking Brinjal Potato Curry with Rui Fish. so let's start........

01 | Eggplant | 1 kg |
02 | Potato | 2 pieces |
03 | Rui fish | 5 pieces |
04 | Green chili paste, mustard paste, onion paste,cumin paste. | 4 tablespoons |
05 | Soybean oil | 1 cup |
06 | Salt | 2 tablespoons (to taste) |
07 | Turmeric powder | 1 tablespoons |
🍆Step - 1🍆
- First, I took 5 pieces of Rui fish in a bowl and washed the fish thoroughly with clean water and rubbed it well with one tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of turmeric.Then I put a pan on the stove and added half a cup of soybean oil. When the oil was hot, I put the fish in it and browned and fried the fish well.

- I took 1 kg of eggplant and washed it thoroughly with clean water and cut it into small pieces.Then I took two potatoes and peeled them, cut them into small pieces and washed them with clean water.
🍆Step - 3🍆
- I put a pan on the stove and added half a cup of soybean oil to it. When the oil got hot, I poured two cups of water into it.Then add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt to taste.When the water boils, I add the previously washed and cleaned eggplant and potatoes.Then I covered it with a lid for some time.

- I lifted the lid and put the green chili paste, mustard paste, cumin paste, and fried onion inside. I gave it to them.Then I mixed all the spices well with the eggplant and covered it with a lid to cook it well for some time.
🍆Step - 5 🍆
- Then, when the curry broth had reduced a bit, I added the pre-fried fish pieces and cooked them well for two to three minutes with the lid on.Finally, when it was finished cooking, I poured it into a bowl and left it to cool.

- Finally, today's recipe is ready: eggplant and potato curry with Rui fish.Then I arranged it beautifully on a serving dish to serve.
