Recipe: Five vegetarian vegetable curry

Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all? Alhamdulillah, I am also much better by the grace of Allah. The human body needs nutrients from every food. Just as fish and meat fulfill the protein requirement, vegetables fulfill the vitamin, mineral, and iron requirement. We eat some vegetables along with fish, meat, and eggs every day. Today I will also share a simple vegetable curry recipe with everyone. I use five types of vegetables to make this vegetable curry. Let's find out which vegetables I used.

Ingredients:

★ Potatoes.
★Vendee.
★ Kankrol.
★ Patal.
★ Tarai.
★ Raw chilies.
★ Onions.
★ Garlic.
★ Turmeric powder.
★ Salt to taste.
★ Panch Phoron Masala Powder.
★ Coriander Powder.
★ Soybean Oil.

Recipe:

🔅 First, heat the oil in a pan. Add green chilies, onion and garlic, add salt and fry for some time, then add turmeric powder, five foran spices one by one, fry for some time and fry again.

🔅 Once the spices are fried, add the washed vegetables and simmer for some time. I will not add any water to the vegetables. The water that comes out of the vegetables will cook the vegetables. Then cover it with a lid for 15 minutes.


🔅After 15 minutes, I lifted the lid and saw that the water had come out of the vegetables. I used that water to steam the vegetables again for a while.
Then I let it simmer for 10 minutes again.

🔅After 10 minutes, I added a little coriander powder and took out the vegetables. This five-mix vegetable curry can be eaten with rice, roti, paratha or even as is.
