Bismillahir Rahmanihir Rahim. Friends of the STEAM world, I hope you are all well and by the grace of Allah, I am also very well. So it seems like a long time has passed. Since Eid, there is no more holiday in the office, so our office is closed on the occasion of Pahela Baishakh, that is, on April 14. For a long time, there have been many protests in our college for about six to seven months. After a long time, everything below has been resolved. Currently, our two-month internship is almost at the end, and since we are in the final year, our study pressure is a little high. Since we are working in the office for the whole week, we have not been able to focus on any studies. So I thought that April 14 was closed on the occasion of Pahela Baishakh and our college was closed, that's when we started working on our thesis. So the study pressure in our final year is a little high. The internship, presentation, lab report and thesis have to be submitted to the college within a few days. So I try to spend an hour every day in the office to work on the thesis. Since today is off-data. I start working as soon as I wake up in the morning. I work for a little long hours so that the work pressure is reduced later. So, I wake up in the morning, have breakfast, sit down at the laptop and start writing and work on my thesis for quite some time. From home, my mother gave us some rice, that is, atap rice. And there was a small amount of chicken in the fridge. I brought an animal masala and some garam masala and curd from the market to cook biryani. We haven't eaten biryani for a long time. We had almost everything we needed to cook biryani at home, so we didn't have to buy anything. We went home a few days ago, so we didn't have much money in hand, so I started cooking this biryani with a small recipe that you want to eat and don't want to have money in hand. So I washed the small amount of rice that I brought home in water first and kept it in a container so that the water would drain. If you wash the rice 30 minutes to an hour before, biryani can be cooked and it is also quite delicious to eat. So I washed the rice well 30 minutes before and kept it for cooking. We came back from home a few days ago, when we didn't eat biryani but I ate everything else, especially beef, I was at home for eight days and he ate beef. I'm so bored of eating beef pola and I wanted to try something else. That's why I'm trying to cook biryani.

Then I took the chickens out of the fridge, washed them well and soaked them in water for a while. I put a small curd that I had brought from the market in the chickens and left them for a while. Then I lit the gas on the stove and put a pot with a little oil and after the oil was hot, I put the chickens in. I fried the chickens for quite a while. Since I have a gas, I had to choose one by one like this. Then I put the pot on the gas like this and kept choosing the rice that had been left for a while with oil for quite a while. In this way, I fried the chickens and the rice well. The rice should be fried in such a way that when the rice is hit from one side to the other with a fork, a sound can be heard, that is, a sound is made. If you hear a sound, then you will understand that the rice is fried. And the chickens should be cooked in such a way that they look red, then they will be delicious and tasty to eat. But of course, we will take the curd water from the chicken for cooking. We will not throw it away or use it.

Then I put the pot of fried rice back on the stove and put the rice in another pot. And in that pot, I added a sufficient amount of oil, along with onion, garlic paste and some hot spices, and slowly added them. I started frying the chicken a little. I added a small amount of biryani masala to fry the chicken, then added the rice and started frying for quite some time. While frying them, I put them in another pot to heat water, since hot water makes the biryani perfect. In this way, I stirred and fried for a while and added other spices and added water and started cooking for a while. While cooking, our biryani was cooked. I was so hungry that I didn't have time to take a pic later, I ate it quickly after cooking, I was also very hungry. Basically, I didn't take that pic before eating. But no, Alhamdulillah, it went very well.
