Assalamu Alaikum. Friends of the STEAM world, I hope you are all well and I am also well by the grace of Allah, Alhamdulillah. I have not been in the STEAM world for a few days due to busyness. So today is Friday. I came to share with you how my day went. Currently, my office is at night so I have to stay at home during the day since I have to work all night from 10 pm to 6 am. At 6 am, it slowly gets to about 6:30 am and I eat breakfast and go to sleep. In the meantime, we have classes in college almost every day now. The classes have to be done regularly because our attendance is a bit close. So today is Friday, today I came from the office like every day and eat breakfast and go to sleep. Today, our class at 9:30 am was Noni Sir's special apparel production. So how is our admission test going on at Narsingdi Textile Engineering College now? The admission test is on 26_04_2025. That is why the sirs are a little busy, that is why our class has been canceled. Since I didn't go to class, I woke up a little late. It was almost eleven o'clock when I woke up. After that, I freshened up a little and ate rice. Then, my lunch was arranged for me to cook Birani. So let's see how we cooked today. If you like it, you can try cooking Birani like this. The spices for cooking biryani were prepared in advance. Because it is very easy to cook if they are within reach while cooking. So first I boil some hot water. Then I add oil and biryani spices and keep stirring continuously. In this way, I slowly start to fry the muri. And after a while I add the rice. I add other spices and keep stirring. Mix everything together and fry for a while and add a little milk. And after a while I add water as required. I keep cooking like this for a while. Since it will take about 30 minutes to cook, after adding everything.
I studied a little in that gap as my city exam is ahead. Our city exam has started from the 27th for this semester's B.Sc. Life. So since today is the 25th, we don't have much time. No sir has asked any questions on many subjects yet. That's why we basically have to read and study the previous year's questions. Our exams are continuous, so if you study in advance, the pressure during the exam is a little less. So, while cooking, I sometimes miss reading about a subject।
Since today is Friday. Jumma Mubarak to all of you. So, while cooking, I almost hurriedly took a bath and went to the mosque to offer Friday prayers. When I finally got there, I ate the Birani, Alhamdulillah, it was very delicious. So, if you want, you can also cook and eat Birani like me.
Since we are going to cook Birani, I have taken less chicken meat and cut some amount of light with the people. If you put potatoes inside the beans, the seven of Birani increases and it is very good to eat. There is nutrition in potatoes. People say that potatoes and rice do the same thing. So I cut some potatoes. I boil them beforehand. So that the potatoes are not hard inside the Birani, they are cooked very well.
So first I take some chicken from the fridge and soak it in water. And I remove the ice from the chicken and wash it well. I mix cow's milk with a little lemon juice and make curd and mix it well inside the chicken. I keep it in a bowl for about 30 minutes. Then I take some rice brought from home in a bowl. First I soak it in water for a while and then I wash it well. Then I put ginger and roshan dates along with some chopped onions and biryani spices and I keep everything ready in advance. So that there is no problem while cooking. So after a while I put oil in a bowl. After the oil is hot, I put the chicken pieces one by one in the milk so that no milk water falls into the oil. I fry it like this for quite a while. I cook it until the meat is red in color.
