Hello friends, How are you all? I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. I am here to share my entry with all of you in the 3rd week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge, season 26, where our teacher @nahela made some cinnamon rolls, so without further ado, let's start. I hope you enjoy it.

1 - Make your own cinnamon rolls, they can be topped or untopped (include ingredients, quantities and step by step) with my recipe or any other of your preference.
I made the recipe exactly the way our teacher made it. I have never made this recipe before. This is my first time making cinnamon rolls. I really enjoyed the time I spent making this recipe. Anyway, I am sharing with you the ingredients I used in the recipe I made.

- First, take the flour in a bowl. Then, make a small hole in the middle of the flour like a volcano. Then, first, break an egg into it. Add butter, sugar, and baking powder.
- Then I added a spoonful of yeast to it. I added a cup of warm water. And finally, I added a spoonful of vanilla and kneaded it well.
- I mixed all the ingredients and put the dough on the table and kneaded it well. I pressed all the ingredients together with my hands and made a beautiful dough.
- After making the dough, I put it in a bowl and brushed some butter on top. Then I covered it well with wrapping paper and let it rest for two hours. During this time, since we used yeast, it will double in size. It is better to leave it in a warm place for the rest. This will help the dough rise faster.
- Friends, you can see how beautifully my dough has doubled. I removed the wrapping paper and placed the dough on the table and kneaded it well.
- After kneading it well, I made it into a rectangular shape with a balloon. Then I brushed butter on top of it.
- Then I made the filling with sugar, cinnamon powder, and chocolate chips. I spread the filling well on the bread. I used very few chocolate chips here.
- After adding the filling, I rolled the dough from one side. Just like our teacher showed us. I tried to follow every step of this recipe according to her recipe.
- Then I cut each part beautifully with the help of a knife. I have many rolls here. I put the rolls in a tray. Before that, I brushed some oil on them. So that it does not stick to the tray. I arranged the rolls beautifully in the tray. After that, cover them for 30 minutes on the tray.
- Then I put it in the oven. I baked it on medium heat for 25 minutes.

- I made a lot of cinnamon rolls. It turned out very beautiful. Then I wrote my ID name and today's date on a piece of paper and took a selfie according to the rules of the engagement challenge.
2 - When you tried the cinnamon rolls, how was your experience? Detail your answer.
This is my first time making this recipe. I have had a lot of experience. It is very beautiful, and I really enjoyed making the unit recipe. Moreover, the cinnamon is delicious. A very nice aroma came out while baking the roll. I have created a very interesting feeling with the mixture of cinnamon, sugar, and chocolate, which is surprising to think about. It was very delicious to eat. I have never tried such a recipe before. Steaming really teaches us a lot. I can learn many new things from here. Just like I learned to make this cinnamon roll today. The way our teacher explained it step by step, I did not face any problem whenever I made the recipe. I liked it a lot and enjoyed it a lot.
3 - In the city where you live is there a stall or commercial premises where they sell cinnamon rolls? Tell.
In the city where I live, this roll is sold in small stalls. Moreover, this cinnamon roll is also available in big stores. Here it is known as a Cinnabon roll. Since this roll is made of flour and the inside is floppy like bread, it is called Cinnabon roll. Its top is crispy. Which tastes great. It is served with cream and chocolate syrup. The roll from the store is very fun to eat.
4 - In the recipe, would you swap the cinnamon for another ingredient?
Honestly, I didn't want to swipe a single ingredient in this recipe. I made these cinnamon rolls exactly as our teacher showed me how to make the recipe. However, I wanted to avoid chocolate chips here. But in the end, I made it lighter. Moreover, I added all the other ingredients to this recipe. I liked it a lot and learned how to make a new recipe. I am very happy to participate in a very nice challenge. Moreover, many thanks to our teacher for presenting such a nice and easy educational challenge for us.
