Anas Food and Bakery, Kumaridanga

Shops are actually of different types and people choose their favorite shop based on their needs and taste. I have selected a shop according to my convenience and needs which is my favorite and it is a new shop. Basically it is a factory where different types of biscuits, breads and cakes are made. The main reason why it is on my favorite list is that it is just a minute away from my house. I can quickly buy cookies whenever I need them.

This machine has a motor and is operated by electricity. The flour is prepared and mixed by this machine. So that the taste of the food is the same everywhere. Only this factory has a mixing machine, the picture of which I shared.

The manufactured products are packaged and kept in this room next door and delivered from here to various buyers. They are sold here at wholesale and retail prices. The manufactured products have an expert date and company identification paper on them. In which their name is written and they do this for promotion.

To come to the shop, you have to come to Chatian village on Meherpur Kushtia Road, then from there you can go directly past this shop through Hat Balia Road and come. The shop is owned by my cousin Md. Kamrul hasan Shahabul . There are a total of four employees in this shop. They make all these products in this shop. The shop has just started, it will be a maximum of a month.

The ingredients used to make biscuits and other foods here are vegetable oil, sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, eggs, milk, cloves, flavors, and much more.

It is always clean as there is work here every day and the security system here is very tight and the iron gate is locked during the closing hours. There is a CCTV camera arrangement as well as internet connection here. It is an electricity-operated factory. The kitchen here is bought from abroad. It was probably bought from and its price is 6 lakh taka which is about 35 thousand steam.

I visit this shop occasionally as it is very close to my house. I buy whatever I like and since it is fresh, its taste is really intact and I like it a lot.
