SFB Atlas 6; A Visit to Ilalang Park Café, Aceh Besar

Ilalang Park Café

Actually, I have been to this place many times. It never feels boring. The natural scenery here is very refreshing. We can enjoy the mountain air and watch the sunset in the afternoon.

Every time I come here, I always make a post for Steemit. However, I have never made a post on Steem Atlas. This time I made it for this platform again.

Just like before, this time we stopped by here again to drop off my younger sibling who just graduated from college. She is studying pharmacy in Medan City, the capital of North Sumatra. She has never been to Ilalang Cafe. A destination located in a hilly area with rather cold weather.

For me, this place is special, because of its interesting natural expanse. One of them is Mount Seulawah which is the icon of Aceh. Then, on this hill we can also see Banda Aceh City faintly from a distance. At night, the twinkling lights also look beautiful.

Meanwhile, the food menu is also quite interesting. It's just that the price is a little more expensive than other places. It feels quite reasonable considering this cafe is far from the city. The distance between the city and this place is about 29 kilometers. The land trip by four-wheeled vehicle takes about 50 minutes.

For those of you who want to find peace, after a day of work, you can come to this place. It is very suitable for a moment to relieve fatigue from tiring activities. It's just that to get there you have to really drain your energy and emotions. But it will be worth it. Your tiredness will be paid off.

The reason I recommend you to come here. In addition to the place being very refreshing, the weather is also a little cold, the food is also delicious, although a little expensive.

For those who come with family, it is very suitable. Because here there is a children's play area. Such as archery, obstacle courses, wall climbing games, swings, and flying fox.

For me, this Illalang Park is quite inspiring. The main building is built on two floors with a steel frame. The upper floor is open. The lower floor is used for a cafe. While the additional building that extends to the right side is used for the kitchen and toilet. While the prayer room is located separately from the main building.

In addition to being neat and clean, the parking area is also spacious. The parking fee for four-wheeled vehicles is actually IDR 5,000 or equivalent to 2.2 Steem. While two-wheeled vehicles are only IDR 2,000 per unit or almost one Steem.

If you are lucky, because the weather is good, it will be very easy for you to capture the sunset. Most teenagers come here specifically to find instagrammable spots.

If there is something uncomfortable, entering from the main road is almost 1 kilometer away. The entrance is not only narrow, there are also many bushes on the left and right. Your smooth car could be scratched. Then, about 150 meters away there is a gravel road that must be passed carefully. I'm afraid the tires will be torn by sharp rocks.
