First, I heated one kg of milk in a pan and made it about 1/2 kg. Then I let the milk cool for a while.

After the two cooled down, I added three eggs to the pan and beat the eggs and milk well with a hand mixer. I mixed it, making sure that there was no foam or any part of the egg. When I saw that no part of the egg was visible and the milk was well mixed, I turned off the mixer.

Then I took 1/2 cup of sugar in a dry pan in the pan in which I will make the pudding and stirred it for a while on low heat. Then I added the same amount of water as the sugar and stirred it again for a while. After the sugar melted and turned light brown, I allowed it to cool and set.

After it cooled, I slowly poured the pudding mixture into the caramel pot. Then I took a large pot with hot water, so that it was half the size of the pudding pot. Then I placed the pudding pot in it. Then I baked it for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then I took a clean knife and inserted it into the middle of the pudding until it was done. When it came out clean, I took out the pudding. Then I kept the pudding in a cool place for a while to reduce the heat. When the mixture cooled, I put it in the refrigerator.

When it was well set, I loosened the sides with a knife and inverted it on a plate. Then I gently lifted the pot. A beautiful caramel layer appeared on top. Then I served it cold. Then I took a selfie with the pudding.
