First, I took 6 tablespoons of custard powder in a bowl and mixed it well with 1 cup of cold milk so that there were no grains. I kept it aside.

I heated 600 ml. of milk in a bowl. When the milk boiled, I added 60 grams of sugar and mixed it well. When the milk and sugar were well mixed, I reduced the heat.

Now I slowly mixed the custard mixture into the hot milk and stirred it continuously. Otherwise, it may stick to the bottom. After a while, after the mixture thickened, I turned off the stove to cool.

Once the custard mixture has cooled, blend it in a blender for 1-2 minutes to smooth out the texture. Then pour it into a plastic bowl and place it in the deep freezer for 7 hours.

I didn't have much difficulty making this. However, I had a little problem when I added the custard-mixed milk to the hot milk. The milk almost froze as soon as I added it, then I immediately mixed it with a spoon so it didn't freeze. After blending it, the mixture became smooth as I wanted.

If I had the opportunity to share this delicious Vanilla ice cream with a Steemit friend, I would share it with my Steemit friend @zisha-hafiz. I met her on this platform and we have bonded very well. I have known her for almost 2 years. During this time, we have shared many stories, writings, and experiences together. So I thought, if I share this homemade ice cream with her, it will be another sweet moment of our friendship.
