Food for Mood | Season 7 | (Freshly chilled coconut pudding)

Hello my dear Steemit friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. I am also well by the grace of Allah. Today I am participating in a contest on a wonderful topic of the Steem for Bangladesh community. The contest was organized by @ripon0630 many thanks for organizing such a beautiful contest. Today's topic is Food for Mood. Good and healthy food has a positive effect on our mood. Sometimes I get cravings for different foods, and immediately I make and eat that food, and my mood improves. Eating delicious and healthy food soothes the body and mind. Today I will share with you a recipe that cools the mind, soul, and liver in this summer. Today's recipe is called Cod Pudding.
Yes, I make instant food to have a positive effect on my mood. When I have cravings for junk, sour, or sweet foods, I immediately make and eat that food that has a positive effect on my mood. I think healthy and delicious food has a positive effect on both the brain and the mind.
My recipe for today is coconut pudding.
The ingredients I needed to make this pudding dessert recipe are:

Step :1
Take a coconut and cut it into pieces.

Pour the coconut water into a bowl. Scoop out the inside of the coconut with a spoon and put it in another bowl.

Cut the inside of the coconut into thin slices with a knife.

Strain the coconut water into a bowl using a strainer.

Mix the coconut water well with 2 teaspoons of agar agar powder and 1 cup of sugar. Now turn on the stove. Keep the heat on medium.

Cook for 5 minutes and add the grated coconut sauce as required.

Cook for 2 minutes with the coconut sauce and mix with a spoon and remove.

Now pour it into a bowl and set it. Leave it for 30 minutes.

Leave it in the normal fridge for 10 minutes to cool.
Now take it out of the fridge and see that it has set nicely.

The coconut pudding has set nicely. Now cut it with a knife and cut it into pieces. Take it on a plate. Decorate the coconut pudding dessert by arranging some flowers from my tree. Everyone has liked the pudding recipe very much in this summer, it is a dessert recipe that can improve the mood.

When I need this recipe, if the ingredients for making the recipe are not at my house, I will bring it from the market. Moreover, this recipe can be made with very few ingredients. Only three ingredients are sugar, which is always in my house, agar agar powder is easily available in the market. We have coconut trees, so I can make it from coconut trees. Otherwise, I have to bring it from the market.
