Today I'm here to participate in an awesome engagement challenge organized by our honorable mam @suboohi. The theme of the engagement challenge is SLC26-W1 // "Role of Appetizer". In this engagement challenge, I will be sharing my talents and experiences with you. So let's begin.

Yes, I agree that appetizers are used to stimulate appetite. The ingredients used to make them are beneficial for our body; they can be consumed at home or by many patients. As a liquid food, this holiday is quite good. Appetizers are very tasty and contain natural ingredients that stimulate our appetite even more.

Ingredients
Soaked lentils 150g
2 medium onions
4/5 cloves garlic
1 medium carrot
1 tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric, red chilli, and cumin powder
5/6 red chillies
Salt, sugar to taste
1 tbsp oil or butter
Green chili, coriander, and lemon

Directions:
Step1
First, wash the dal well and soak it for 1 hour. Then chop the other vegetables.

Then, place a pot on the stove and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, fry the garlic, onion, and carrots until they are slightly soft.

Then fry the lentils and add salt at this time. Fry the lentils for a while, add the powdered spices, and fry them again.

Fry the lentils with all kinds of spices and fry them with tomatoes for a while. Cover with boiling water for 15-20 minutes and wait until the lentils are cooked.

Now to serve, take the hot lentil soup in a bowl and serve with coriander leaves, fresh cream, and lemon juice. It's very good. I learned how to make it from YouTube about a year ago. This soup is usually eaten by Egyptians, otherwise it would not be understood that this soup is cooked with lentils.

Tomatoes contain iron, which helps prevent anemia.
Therefore, since all these nutritious and tasty ingredients are mixed to make soup, this soup can be consumed as a liquid food by normal people or patients, which provides health benefits by suppressing hunger.
