Recently I visit IBN Sena Diagnostic and consultion centre for my regular health check up. Today I am going to share my observation about IBN Sinha Diagnostic & Consultation centre with my steemian friends.

Ibn Sina is a renowned medical service provider in Bangladesh. Since its establishment, Ibn Sina has been able to gain the trust and confidence of people from all walks of life in Bangladesh by providing its services. The prices of all tests at Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultion Center are relatively low compared to many other diagnostic centers. Here, a 25% discount is given on any laboratory test.

Internal decoration

Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultion Center was very beautifully decorated. After entering through the main gate, the service recipients will be interested in receiving the service. After entering through the main gate, Ibn Sina Pharmacy was on the right hand side. Almost all types of medicines are available here at affordable prices. There was a food corner next to the pharmacy, although the food corner was closed in the morning. So I could not take pictures. There is an aquarium on one side where patients can spend time with fish while waiting before receiving healthcare.I also spent time here between my two Tests.

Service system

Since I went to Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultion Center to get some lab tests done, I entered through the main gate and went straight to the cash counter to deposit money. The cash counter was less crowded in the morning. However, there were separate lines for men and women at the cash counter. Next to the cash counter was the information desk where the service recipient could get all the information he needed.

There is a complaint and suggestion box in front of the information desk. However, there were no complaint and suggestion letters in the box.

After paying the money at the cash counter, I went to the second floor to submit the sample to the sample room. There are separate rooms for women and men to submit samples on the second floor. The TV was on to pass the waiting time for those waiting to submit the sample. All samples including ultrasound are collected on this floor.

Others facilities

This center had trash cans in every corner and signboards on each floor indicating where each service was provided, which was very helpful in guiding patients coming to receive services.

There are fire extinguishers on each floor of the Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consent Center. This increases the confidence of the service recipients in this center.

Now, all the doctor's serials of Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultant Center can be obtained online from home. All the lab test reports, if paid in advance, are provided online on their respective WhatsApp numbers.

There are separate washrooms for women and men on each floor.

The front lobby of Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Consultant Center was decorated with tubs of various types of plants, which further enhanced the exterior beauty of the center.
