Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all. I hope everyone is safe by the grace of God. I am also fine Alhamdulillah. Today I am participatingworldofdesserts-s27w4.Thank you very much @subhohi teaching us such a easy and delicious dessert.
Eggs are an essential ingredient in making any dessert item. Eggs are used in various types of dessert items including custards, cakes, puddings, breads, etc. Eggs are used in dessert items to make them soft and fluffy. Moreover, egg yolks provide a beautiful color to custards and cakes. Beating egg whites in breads and cakes makes the cakes fluffy, creamy and thick. Egg whites also help keep the dessert moist. Again, eggs are used in some items to make them crunchy. Eggs are used as a binding agent.

To make egg pudding, first I will take 500 ml of milk in a clean container. Then in this, I will break two eggs and beat them with the help of a hand beater. We need to beat for a while so that there is no lump between the eggs and the milk. This is the important step to make egg pudding.

Once the eggs and milk are well beaten, I will add half a teaspoon of vanilla essence. This vanilla essence will remove the bad smell of the eggs and bring a nice flavor to the pudding. After adding the vanilla essence, I will add a tablespoon of sugar and mix it well.

Now I will take the pot in which I will steam the pudding and pour the egg-milk mixture into that pot.

Now I will take you a big pot. I will put enough water in that pot and put a stand in it. Then I will put the pudding mold in it and put the lid on it. Now I will put the lid on the big pot and wait for about 30 to 40 minutes for the pudding to steam.

After about 40 minutes, I check with a stick to see if the pudding is ready. My pudding is ready, now I turn off the stove and put the mold down. Then I put the pudding mold in the refrigerator for two to three hours.

At this stage, I will put another pot on the stove and make caramel in it with half a cup of sugar and two tablespoons of water. Then I will pour this caramel on top of the pudding. My egg pudding is ready to serve.
Final presentation
I Honestly, I don't have any problems making egg pudding. My family loves it. So I make it occasionally. But I think we should be a little careful while making caramel. Because if the caramel gets too dark, the taste of the pudding can be spoiled. Dark caramel brings a bitter taste to the pudding.I hope that anyone who prepares this egg pudding does not have to face any difficulties.
The three main ingredients of this egg pudding that I made today are milk, eggs and sugar. Of these three ingredients, milk and eggs are very beneficial and necessary for our health. Although we should consume sugar in moderation. Because excess sugar will increase the level of insulin in our body which causes diabetes. Excess sugar can increase our body weight. Eggs and milk contain a lot of protein, calcium, vitamin D, iron, which are beneficial for everyone from children to adults. Milk and eggs are very necessary for bone structure, cell structure, strong formation of teeth and gums.
