I am very happy to participate in today's competition. I have been away from work for a long time and I am back with you again. Anyway, I hope you like the post I will make.
The Upazila Parishad administrative building essentially serves as the hub for all administrative activities and government services in an Upazila. It is an important part of the local government system, where representatives elected by the local people Chairman, Vice Chairman and Women Vice Chairman and officials from various government departments work in coordination.
Here, along with administrative functions, various important government decisions are implemented. For example, agriculture, education, health, infrastructure development, poverty alleviation, self-employment creation, etc. are planned and implemented from this building. Moreover, information about land-related issues and the law and order situation is kept here. In addition, this building has the function of delivering any incoming information services of the government to the public.

When I went, it was lunch break, so there weren't many people. Since it is an administrative building, it is always clean. It is very important because all the government functions are conducted from here.
There are directional boards for visitors on both sides of the gate, which show the layout of the office, the location of the departments and rooms with pictures, so that everyone can understand very easily.
What should be done to maintain law and order in the village?

There were two large notice boards or it can also be called instruction boards. The notice board section plays a particularly important role in informing visitors and officials. A large digital and printed notice board has been installed next to the entrance of the main building.
Here is all the information about all the administrative activities of the upazila. In addition, there is a specific list of how and within what time this upazila administrative building will carry out all the activities of private and government educational institutions, elderly allowance, land-related issues, infrastructure development in rural areas, primary education-related issues and land-related issues.

The Upazila Parishad is very clean and controlled by administrative people. So that all the common people can get services from here without any kind of difficulty, for this, guidance measures have been taken in different places. The surroundings of the Upazila Parishad are very beautiful and clean, there are many types of flowers and trees which look very beautiful. There are many beautiful roads, both small and large, all around and there is also a parking area for parking cars. Many people come to this place to enjoy this beautiful place so that their mind is good.

Its main purpose is to convey important events from the past to future generations and to instill a sense of respect and honor for those events. The memorial has seven triangular pillars, which mark the language movement, mass uprising, liberation war, and many other aspects of Bangladesh's independence struggle.
