Jamir hat High School, Parbatipur, Bangladesh

I hope everyone is well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I'm going to participate in the Pin in your area schools,colleges & universities on steem-atlas contest organized by @mostofajaman. So let's get started.

First of all, I would like to thank @mostofajaman brother for organizing this wonderful contest. Today I am going to pin my high school on the steem atlas map. So let's start my post today.

The name of my school is Jamir Hat High School. I studied in this school for a total of three years from 2014 to 2016. In 2014, I got admitted there in 6th grade and in 2016, after passing JSC, I left this beloved school with TC. However, before leaving, many memories have accumulated in this school in these three years.

I was admitted to this Jamir Hat High School in 2014 in class 6. The first day I attended this school was on January 2, 2014. I knew half of the children in the school, so I didn't have any difficulty adjusting to the new school. However, on the first day, when I was presenting my name, I realized that my name was wrong. My name is Hasibur Rahman Saikat, but Ma'am called me Habibur Rahman Saikat. I told Ma'am and got it fixed. We didn't have much class on the first day. The teachers came and got to know our identity and wanted to know what our life goals were. School was dismissed early that day.

Our Jamir Hat High School was established in 1969. This means that it is a 56-year-old school. The location of this school is next to Jamir Hat Bazar, due to which this school is named Jamir Hat High School. The main gate of the school is next to the road. However, posters of various mahfils and meetings have ruined the beauty of the gate.

There is a room near the gate of our Jamir Hat High School where a gateman stays during school hours. That is, the security in our school is very good. No one from outside can easily enter this school. Because this school is surrounded by big walls on all sides and there is a gateman's room next to the gate and there is a gateman. If someone wants to enter the school during school hours, they must inform the gateman and show him the reason for entering the school. When I was a student of this school, there was no gateman in the school. This room was built in 2017 and a gateman was appointed at that time.

Our Zamir Hat High School has had a library for the education and entertainment of the students for a long time and it is still there. At one time, when I was in class seven, I gave computer training in the library. The room that is seen under the old tin on the right in the above picture is the library of our Zamir Hat High School. And the room that is seen under the green tin on the left is the canteen of our Zamir Hat School. The main gate is closed during the current school hours. If the students need food and other things, they buy it from the canteen. Providing a canteen has become an additional benefit that now students cannot easily run away from school.

Our Zamir Hat High School offers education from class 6 to class 10. And we know that there are three separate departments in class 9 and class 10, which are science, humanities and business education. However, only two departments, science and humanities, are available in our Zamir Hat High School. There is a science building for the students of the science department in our school. Inside this science building, there are some liquids and equipment for the students of the science department to do various types of reactions. Moreover, there are many more equipment in the science building to provide practical education. I studied in this school up to class 8, due to which I did not have the fortune of taking classes in this science building.

This is the oldest tin shed building of our Zamir Hat High School. This building was built first. I have the fortune of taking classes in all the rooms of this building. Classes were originally taken in this building from class 6 to class 8. I do not know which class classes are taken now. However, out of the three years I studied at this school, I studied in this building for 2 years. I studied in class 7 in the leftmost room and class 6 in the two rooms on the right. However, we were in class 6 in the last room on the right for a few months.

This is the largest building in our Zamir Hat High School. When I studied at this school, the building had a ground floor and classes were held there. In 2020, this building was built up to 3 floors. The ground floor of this building has an ICT lab, a headmaster's room, an office assistant's room and another assistant teachers' restroom. And classes are held on the upper two floors. I studied in this building when I was in class 8 and most of the school exams were held in this building. There are two big trees in front of this building and a flag stand in front of it.

There is a huge Shaheed Minar in our Zamir Hat High School. Where flowers are offered in memory of the martyrs on special days every year. However, it is not only the students of the school who offer flowers to this Shaheed Minar. This is the only Shaheed Minar in our area. Therefore, on special days, along with the students, other people in the area also pay tribute to the martyrs by offering flowers to this Shaheed Minar. This Shaheed Minar is located on the right side of the 3-story building of our Zamir Hat High School. This Shaheed Minar is chosen as the stage for school events.

Just as our Zamir Hat High School has a beautiful environment for education and a beautiful school, there is also a huge field for students to play sports. There is no alternative to sports to keep the body and mind fit. This huge field has a cricket pitch and two goal bars on both sides. That is, cricket and football are played on the same field. However, nowadays, the boys of the area play football in the school field every afternoon. When I was studying in this school, we used to play cricket every day during tiffin time and on Thursdays we would play cricket or football with other classes. I played a lot of sports in these 3 years of my school life at Jamir Hat High School.

Our Zamir Hat High School has classes every day from 10 am to 4 pm. However, the school opens at 8 am and the office closes at 4:30 pm. However, the main gate of the school is not locked.
