The recipe that I will share with you today was made several days ago. Keeping the recipe is an advantage; it is an opportunity to share it later. I really like to eat laitta fish among marine fish. Just as laitta fish is fun to cook fresh, it is also very fun to cook dried fish. We cook laitta fish in different ways. It is very fun to eat in a restaurant-style setting. Moreover, it is more fun to eat when cooked with tomatoes. Dried laitta can be cooked in different ways. Today I will cook fresh laitta fish and share it with you. Since I cooked it a few days ago, I added sour leaves instead of tomatoes. The main reason for not adding tomatoes is that it is better to use seasonal tomatoes; non-seasonal tomatoes contain more formalin.

So I cooked it with Karamcha fruit leaves, and it was very delicious to eat. It looked so good, which is understandable from the recipe. I often share recipes with you. I will share with you the process by which I made today's recipe. If you want, you can cook any fish with sour leaves like this and eat it; it is very tasty to eat. I cooked it with completely natural sour leaves. So friends, without further delay, I am sharing the recipe.

  • Onion -2

  • Garlic -2 cloves

  • Green chillies -7/8

  • Red chilli powder -1 tsp

  • Coriander powder -1 tsp

  • Jeera powder -half tsp

  • Soybean oil -as per taste

  • Salt -as per taste

First step-

As you can see, in the first step, I put a pot on the stove and waited for it to heat up with a sufficient amount of oil. When the oil was hot, I added the spices that I had fried in butter.

Step two--

When I had thoroughly fried the batter spices, I then added the powdered spices soaked in water.

After grinding the spices well, I added the fish fillets.

I mixed the fish with all the ingredients and then added the chopped sour leaves.
