Fried appetizers are small dishes, or starters, that are prepared to whet the appetite before a meal. They are foods such as vegetables, seafood, or meat that are deep-fried or shallow-fried in hot oil to create a crunchy texture. Examples include mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, arancini (fried risotto balls), and vegetable tempura, which provide a satisfying crunch and rich flavor to the dining experience.
The main purpose of a fried appetizer is to whet people's appetite before the main course, usually served before the main course. It is cooked in hot fat or oil, either completely submerged (deep-fried) or in a shallow layer (shallow-fried). One of its main characteristics is the crunchy, crumbly texture created by the frying process. Often savory, though sweet fried appetizers are also available. A wide range of ingredients such as cheese, vegetables, seafood, meat, and even desserts can be included.
✅Make any one fried appetizer in detail step by step with pictures . You can add ingredients of your choice too.
First, mix the flour with black cumin and salt well. Then, mix it well with the required amount of oil and add water little by little to make a dough. Then, let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
First, mash the potatoes. Then, add chopped onion and green chilies to it and add the remaining spices. Then, mix them together well.
Now, take small balls from the dough, roll them out long and divide them into equal parts in the middle.
Now I will take one portion and make it like a triangular pocket, then I will put the potato filling inside it and close the somocha well.
I will make all the samochas in the same way.
Now I will put a pan on the stove and add a lot of oil to it, then when the oil is a little hot, I will add the samochas one by one. I will continue to fry the samochas until they turn golden in color, when they turn golden in color, I will drain the oil from the pan and take them in a bowl. Now I will serve the samochas according to my own taste. I have also added a note with my name here. Finally, I took a selfie with the recipe I made.
One of my favorite fried appetizers is Puli Pitha. Puli pitha is a fried food, but it is not always prepared as a fried appetizer, as it can also be a sweet or savory filled pitha that is steamed or baked. "Fried Puli Pitha" is a popular recipe, where a dough made of rice flour or flour is deep-fried with coconut or other fillings. There are two ways to make Puli Pitha:
First of all, I want to share this delicious appetizer with my mom. Whenever I cook anything, I first let my mom taste it, ask her how it tasted? When she says yes, it was delicious, I feel a little confident and dare to share that food with everyone.
