Today I will share with you the ingredients for making mango pickle. I make all these wonderful and interesting dishes or pickles in my free time. The ingredients needed to make my mango pickle.

First I took the mangoes. All the mangoes weighed three to four kg.

First I peeled the mangoes and cut them into small pieces. After cutting them, I washed them and washed them in a large bowl.

Then boil the chopped mangoes in a large pan with water. After 15 to 20 minutes of heating the stove, the mangoes are completely cooked. I added turmeric while boiling the mangoes just for the beauty of the color. And I strained the mangoes with the help of a sieve.

Then after a while when the water drips from the mangoes. Then I shook the mangoes with the help of another sieve and extracted the mango paste.

After making the mangoes into a paste, I took some dry chilies. And I lightly fried them and put them down. And then I took some cumin seeds and lightly fried them and put them down. I also took five spices. I also fried them and put them down in the same way.
And then I ground all the spices I was going to fry. I ground the dried chili first. And then I ground the five-corn masala and cumin seeds together.
Then I took the mango paste in a big pan. Then I dried the mangoes on the stove. And after burning for a while, I added some sugar to the mango paste. That is, as sweet as you want it to be, then add some salt. Mix them very well and dry them with the help of the stove.
Then when the mangoes are quite dry, I made a paste of cumin seeds, five-corn masala. And I added all the chili powder and spices and stirred it well. And after four to five minutes, I removed the mango pickles from the stove with a sieve.

Then I have to arrange to put something in the sun. And I have a nice plastic thing to put anything in the sun. I poured the mango paste on it. And then I spread it very nicely around.

Then the mango paste is now perfectly suitable for putting it in the sun. And it will take three to four days to dry. And then when the mango pickles are very well dried, I cut the mango pickles into pieces with the help of a knife. And these are called mango choti, or mango hard, pickles in our rural areas. These pickles are very well understood when they are dried in the sun because after they dry, the color of these pickles turns black.

Following the above 10 steps, I have made today's wonderful pickle. I have made this mango pickle with several types of spices. Any handmade pickle or any food is made very cleanly, so small children can eat these foods and they do not have any problems.
