Greetings Everyone, This is Shahariar . I am from Bangladesh.

I am a professional editor working in a Bengali production house. I edit videos and some pictures every day. Due to my busy schedule, I can't spend much time on the Steemit platform. But I miss my Steemit platform friends a lot.

Today I will share with my friends some of the popular foods of my country. The pictures of the food that I have edited. The photography of this picture was done by our production house. And I edited it. Let's share the beautiful pictures with you.

1. Chicken Malai Tikka

The starter is the creamy treat of the chicken malai tikka which is a famous North Indian and Mughlai starter. This variant is succulent pieces of a boneless chicken marinated with a creamy mixture of yogurt, cheese cream and mild spices such as Cardamom and white pepper. They are perfectly grilled with great sense of color achieved as they are charred on the outside but tender inside with a creamy finish. The pale golden-brown rind will bring a tender juicy interior. It comes with a fresh salad including carrot, lettuce and onions julienne all of which gives it crispiness to offset the creaminess of the chicken. This is a ideal blend of light spice and richness and is normally served with either mint chutney or a sour yogurt dip.

2. Chicken Reshmi Kebab

The second picture shows colorful and fragrant Chicken Reshmi Kebab. Reshmi in the Urdu language is silky, so these kebabs match their name in tenderness and the melt-in-the-mouth texture. The kebabs are, in turn, prepared of boneless chicken that is marinated in the mix of yogurt, cream and the combination of the various flavorful Indian spices thereby being skewered and grilled at the heat until being crispy on the exterior border whilst being juicy on the internal side. There is a hint of paprika or Kashmiri chili in the marinade with a reddish shade. It is accompanied by an invigorating salad and the assortment of accompanying sauces which include tamarind, chili, and mustard based dips. This meal is ideal to those who would love to have heavy and smoky tastes with a dash of spiciness.

3. Shrimp with fruit

The last course is a sizzling beef steak that is served in a hot iron platter. Grilled beef steak with a thick cut and a sunny-side-up egg, is served along with each serving of golden French fries. The yolk is a little bit runny, which makes each bite rich. The dish is served with a medley of sauted vegetables which adds to the proportions of protein and vegetables. This Western style platter brings a powerful taste of filling and pleasing food that would match well to people who love steaks and wants a good munch to settle their stomach.
