Today, I have come to participate in the third week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S25/W3, organized by the Honorable Teacher @dasudi ma'am. Caprese salad

Caprese salad is a classic Italian salad known for its simplicity, freshness, and vibrant colors - red, white, and green, which represent the Italian flag. It is a healthy and delicious salad made with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, and olive oil.

Make a "Caprese Salad"; you can follow the recipe presented in this course or the recipe of your choice (detailed with utensils, ingredients, and steps).

Now I will make Caprese salad. I have presented all the ingredients for making the salad below

🌿Main Ingredients to make the Salad:-

Cucumber1 piece
Tomatoes2 pieces
Mozzarella cheese100 grams

Basil leaves 7-8 pieces

Pepper1/4 teaspoon

Ingredients to make the Salad

🌿Caprese salad tutorial:-

🌿Step 1:-🌿

  • First, I wash and sterilize two tomatoes and a cucumber with water.
  • Now I cut the tomatoes and cucumber into pieces. Since I will make the salad with it, I cut it a little thickly.

  • Now I soak some basil leaves first in hot water and then in cold water, blanch the basil and then let it drain the excess water.

Now I take the mozzarella cheese out of the packet. My cheese was 250 grams. I take 100 grams of cheese from there and cut it into small pieces.

  • My work is almost finished. Now I will arrange the salad.
  • I arrange the tomatoes and cucumber on a long plate.

To be honest, this is the first time I have tasted Caprese salad. This is also the first time I have heard the name of this salad. Steemit has exposed me to many new experiences. This salad is one of them.
Although this is the first time, I have made this salad and tasted it for the first time, it still seems extraordinary to me. Every ingredient in this salad is my favorite. Especially any salad is on my daily food list. That's why I always eat cucumber and tomato. But the salad made with a mixture of cheese, cucumber, tomato vinegar, and olive oil was wow.
This salad definitely met my expectations. Especially since it is with cheese, it has a different taste.
