How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the fourth week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S25/W4, organized by the Honorable Teacher @dasudi ma'am. As a student, I am eager to participate and learn a great deal from the challenges. And I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Make a "Coleslaw Salad": with the guide presented in this course, add the variant to your liking, (detail utensils, ingredients and step by step).-

Coleslaw, which we simply know as cabbage salad, is made with a unique combination of flavors that balance the sweetness, creaminess, and crunchiness of the vegetables.

This is a very popular salad that is usually found in many restaurants around the world. It is quite popular as a side dish for main food.
Today I will make the salad as per the instructions of my respected teacher @dasudi ma’am. Let me take you to my kitchen where I am making the salad-

🌿Main ingredients:-

Cabbage (white)100 grams
Carrot (medium)1piece
Green apple medium1 piece

🌿ingredients for dressing:-

Mayonnaise3 tablespoons
Lemon juice1 tablespoon
Mustard1 tablespoon
Sugar2 tablespoons
Saltto taste
Vinegar1 tablespoon.

🌿Step :-01

  • First, I take the white cabbage and thinly slice it with a vegetable cutter.
  • Then I wash it with plenty of water several times, and I put it in a sieve and let the water drain.
  • When the water boils, I mix it with a spoonful of vinegar and leave it for 10 minutes.

🌿Step :-02

  • Now I will take the carrot. Peel the carrot, wash it well with fresh water, cut the carrot into small pieces with a vegetable cutter, and put it in a bowl. At the same time, I cut the green apple in the same way and kept it aside.

🌿Step :-03

  • Now I will make the dressing for the salad. In a bowl, I take three spoons of mayonnaise.
  • Then I add a spoonful of mustard paste,
  • One spoonful of lemon juice.
  • Now I mix all the items. I keep stirring it until it is well mixed.

🌿Step :-04

  • Now I add 2 spoons of sugar and a little salt to the dressing mixture and mix these two items well.
  • Now I check the taste of the dressing, if any item is added, I make a delicious dressing with it. Although each item of mine was perfect, so I did not have to add anything.

🌿Step :-05

  • All the ingredients for making the salad are ready. Now I will make the salad. For this, I first take a large bowl and add the main ingredients for making the salad, such as cabbage, carrots, and apples.
  • Mix the ingredients well with a spoon.

  • Finally, I add the previously prepared dressing and mix well until it is mixed together. - Now I keep the salad in the refrigerator for an hour to make it more delicious.

    I almost eat salad with cabbage and vinegar. But I have never eaten coleslaw salad. Today was the first time I ate coleslaw salad. Like everyone else, I also ate the salad as a side dish. The taste of fried chicken and coleslaw salad was amazing.

I ate the popular coleslaw salad for the first time. I found it very tasty and delicious. Here are some of my suggestions for this salad.

🥗 Coleslaw Salad Special Tips:

  • While mixing the cabbage, you should keep it fresh. Fresh cabbage contains all kinds of nutrients and is also delicious to eat.
  • After chopping the cabbage, sprinkle a little salt on it. This will keep the salad crunchy and prevent it from becoming watery.
