In the 6 week of Steemit Challenge 24, I will write about Businesses & Shops using the Steemit-Atlas map. I hope everyone will like it.

Economic business organizations play an important role in any area, so today I will discuss one of the steel mills in our industrial area, The Rani Re-Rolling Mills (RRM), which is a rod manufacturing factory.

I have been working here in this factory for 4 years. This company was founded in 1997 by the late Mr. Abul Bashar and is located in the Dhaka Match area of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh.

Over time, when Abul Bashar fell ill, his eldest son Sumon Chowdhury took over and expanded the company. He started 2 more new business branches. After the death of Abul Bashar, his sons are the owners and his son is running this company.

Under him, the company has emerged with a good reputation all over our country and today, under him, more than 1000 people have a livelihood in this company.

This institution has 6 entrances and each entrance has security the entire institution is covered by CC cameras which is another system for safety. There is a beautiful system for car parking under the office and everyone can park there, as well as a flower garden.

Usually, trees grow less in industrial areas, so several people are kept to take care of these gardens. In the garden, there is a wall photo with our factory's logo and name written on it. In addition, there is blue glass on one side of the office up to 4 floors, which looks very beautiful.

Since there is a beautiful road outside, the company's freight trucks are easily parked here and this factory is made of red and yellow tin, inside which scraps are mixed and billets are made and rods are made from these billets.

The rod-making area inside the mill is very hot and smokey, but people work in the fire with great difficulty, the hot billet is red in the fire, and these hot billets are cut by a cutting machine and rolled to produce rods.

There are some separate office rooms in the company, such as the cash room. There is a seating area in front of the management room, and everything inside the management room is beautifully and cleanly decorated . The entire office is air-conditioned and there is a separate washroom for the staff in the office.

In addition, since the office is a 4-story building, you have to climb the stairs. There is a separate room for meetings. If the admin makes any new decision or changes in activities, a notice is given on the notice board. There is a mosque on the 4th floor for the staff to pray, where everyone prays with the congregation.

There is always a good system for the staff, a bonus equivalent to the salary is given twice a year. Each staff member is given the above helpful work so that everyone can work happily, besides, if someone in this organization is facing family financial problems for any reason, the company has a separate donation fund from which he is helped. This is always the company after many dangers for the staff.

For the developer of an area, more and more buildings, offices, courts, schools, and hospitals are built and good quality rods are very important for a building to be built. Our company's rods are a well-known brand in our country and I also bought rods from this company for my house.

The current price of rods per ton is 83000 taka which is 4611 steem at the steem price. However, there is no system to return these rods once they are bought, yet the owner is a close businessman.

There is a doctor at the factory to provide initial treatment if many people fall ill, and if their condition worsens, they are quickly taken to a medical facility. The factory is open 24 hours a day, every day, and office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office's weekly holiday is Friday.
