How are you all my friends? I hope everyone is well and I am well too. Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to participate in a recipe contest organized by @solaymann sir, I would like to thank her for organizing such a beautiful contest. We housewives prepare some recipes for the family every day. From there, we can present our favourite recipes here. So let's get started.

Tell us about the recipes you make.

Wishing everyone a blessed Ramadan and as the main dish of the month of Ramadan, today I will present Halim recipe as a recipe because in Bangladesh, almost iftar is incomplete without Halim. Halim is a popular dish and although Halim is eaten at any other timeHaleem is eaten but of the year, during Iftar time. in the month of Muharram of Ramadan, Halim is in high demand in the markets and every household is excited to make Halim.In different parts of the world including India and Pakistan, this Haleem is prepared and eaten during the month of Ramadan and is a popular dish in India. Haleem is also prepared and eaten in Bangladesh during the month of Ramadan and in various iftar shops, now we can see Haleem but we can make Haleem at home. Today I bought a packet of dried Haleem.And I will make Halim healthily at home, so let me present all my Halima preparation methods to you below.

Required materials 👇🏾

●One packet radhuni Halim mix
●Onion
●White oil
●Beef
●Whole dry chilli
●Salt
●Turmeric powder
●Cumin powder
● Small cardamom
● Large cardamom
●Cinnamon
●Cloves
●Pepper
●Cucumber and
●Lemon

The Process of Receipe


Step 01

First I will cook the beef to make Haleem because beef takes a long time to cook so I have taken a little less than half kg of beef and here I have put the beef in a pan and added some onions and garlic bay leaves then I will add all the hot spices and then I will add all the powdered spices

Step 02
then then I will add five or six whole dried chillies and then I will add a sufficient amount of mustard oil. Today I will make beef and halima with mustard oil.Then I'll add some ginger and mix everything well

Step 03
and put it in the oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. There's a little bit of time left. Then my meat will be cooked completely. Then I will take a packet of radhuni Halim mix that I bought from the market. It contains about 200 grams of ingredients. Then I will heat about two cups of water in a pot and then cook it in boiling water.

Step 04
I will put all the rice and lentils in the packet in hot water and for 15 minutes. Then I will take another clean pan and put it on the stove and there I will take some more onions and put them . After a while, I will add oil again and fry the onions until they turn brown.

Step 05

When the onions turn brown and fry, I will take some onions from there and put them in a pot. Then I will add the cooked beef to the rest of the onions.And I will add all the spices from the remaining spice packet to the Haleem packet.

Step 06
Then I will cook everything well and here I will cook for five to six minutes and cook the spices well. Then I will add the boiled rice and dal there and then I will mix everything and I will have to stir continuously and prepare the receipe well. I will keep it for this time and stir well so that it does not stick to the bottom.Then cook until the water dries up and when the water dries up, the cooking is complete.

Step 07
Then add the required amount of water and then I added two spoons of salt. I was fasting so I could not check the salt but later I saw that the amount of salt was right.Then cook for another five minutes, this will complete the cooking process and then remove the pan from the stove.

Step 08
Then, for serving, take a quantity of Haleem in a bowl, then sprinkle the remaining baristas on top, then add the chopped cucumber and coriander leaves here, anyone can go for it, but I don't like coriander leaves, so I avoided coriander leaves,

Step 09
then add lemon juice and then my Haleem will be ready.

The Haleem recipe I made today was a delicious meal for fasting and I make this Haleem several times during the month of Ramadan. I will make this recipe during the month of Ramadan to be my favourite as well as my family's favourite. Our iftar is incomplete without Haleem and I gave everyone the Haleem I made today. Everyone praised it a lot. It was very tasty.
