The biggest blessing of the place where I live now is that there is a shop under my house. The shop opens before my eyes every day and closes at night. I have been visiting this shop regularly since I came here. This shop is my first stop for all my daily necessities. From rice, pulses, oil to soap-shampoo or biscuits-chocolate—everything is available here. So it can be called not just a shop, but an essential part of my daily life.

Since the shop is under my house, I don't have to go anywhere separately. The lights of the shop come into my eyes as soon as I go downstairs. The shop is located next to the main road, so people from the surrounding area also come here easily. The shop can be reached from the nearby alleys, neighborhoods or roads in a very short time. You don't have to go far to buy daily necessities, this is the biggest advantage of the shop.
About a decade ago, that is, 10-12 years ago, a local businessman established this shop. Initially, it was a small grocery shop. The shop started with just a few shelves, a few products, and a counter. Gradually, the shop grew as it gained the trust of the people around it. Now, the shop is much bigger, with modern shelves, refrigerators, lighting, and even CCTV cameras. The shop has become popular in the area due to its honest business and good behavior for a long time.
The owner of the shop is an honest and hardworking man. He is not just a businessman, but also a well-known face in the area. His goal was to provide daily essential products to the locals at affordable prices.
Now, the shop has a mobile number, where orders can be placed by calling. In addition, a Facebook page has been opened. New offers, discounts, and product pictures are regularly posted there. As a result, the shop cannot be contacted online.

The shop is open from 8 am to 11 pm every day. The employees take turns doing their duties. One employee always sits at the cash counter, transacting money and making bills. Two are busy arranging products on the shelves and helping customers find the products they need. Another employee maintains cleanliness inside and outside the store, and lifts and lowers heavy goods.
In this way, four employees manage the store well. Although each has specific responsibilities, they all cooperate with each other when necessary.
The electricity system inside the store is always operational. If there is no electricity, a small generator is run. CCTV cameras have been installed in the store for security. The floor is cleaned with water twice a day. The shelves and refrigerators are swept regularly.
The lighting is very good, so a bright atmosphere is felt as soon as you enter. The fan is on during the summer, and the store is comfortable in the winter.

As soon as you enter the store, you can find a kind of clean and comfortable atmosphere. The products are neatly arranged on the shelves. Beverages are kept in a separate fridge, dry food on the shelf and household items are kept in a separate section. Even though it is very crowded inside, the employees manage it in such a way that chaos does not arise.
Most of the products sold here are branded and of good quality.

The employees of the store always welcome the customers with a smile. Many times if a customer cannot find a product, the employees quickly find it and bring it to them. There is politeness and sincerity in the behavior, so when you go to the store, you feel like you are buying products from your own family.

Discounts are given during special seasons. For example, there is a 5–10% discount on oil, sugar, dates during Ramadan. Discounts are given on shampoo, soap or cosmetics before Eid. If any product is damaged or expired, it is taken back and a new product is given.
I buy essential items from this store every day. So far, I have never been cheated or had any problems. The price is right, the quality of the product is good, the employees are polite, all in all, my trust in the store is unwavering.In a word, this is not just a store; rather, it is a simple solution to my daily life.
