The cooking recipe that I am going to share with you today was during a picnic day cooking at our house. Every day the women of the house cook for us. So we decided that today we will cook. That is, the boys of the house will cook. My brother and I can cook very well. So we started our steps for cooking. I will share with you from beginning to end. And today we were going to cook biryani. I hope you will like our cooking recipe. And since our recipe today was picnic-centric, we will show you everything from shopping to cooking. Let's start step by step.
🏵️ Step-1 🏵️

★My brother and I woke up early in the morning and went to the market on our bike. Why is it that if you go to the market early in the morning, you can get better meat. And to buy good meat, we went to a shop we know. And we brought very good quality meat from there. Our meat quantity was 2 kg. Since our family is large and we want to add more meat to our biryani, we brought 2 kg of meat.
🏵️ Step-2 🏵️

Then we went to the grocery store. There we had to buy a lot of things. Especially biryani spices are needed to cook biryani. Without biryani spices, the flavor of biryani does not come. We also bought a 2 liter bottle of oil from there.
🏵️ Step-3 🏵️

Then we came home and started mixing the spices for cooking. Here were garlic, raw chili, ginger. We tied them nicely in a shilpatha.
🏵️ Step-4 🏵️

I cut a lot of raw onions. Because we need to put a page near the inside of the meat and the inside of the rice. Along with this, we washed the rice to put another pot of rice.
🏵️ Step-5 🏵️

Alongside, I was frying the rice in another pan with oil. The better the rice is fried, the better the biryani will taste.
🏵️ Step-6 🏵️

First, wash the meats bought from the market very well. Then, I add ginger and garlic paste to the meats. And I rub other spices like cumin powder, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves and oil nicely.
🏵️ Step-7 🏵️

Meanwhile, the rice is finished frying and we set the meats aside. When the meats are almost done, we take them out. The meats cannot be cooked completely, they should be kept to 80%. So that when mixed with the fried rice, the remaining 20% becomes.
🏵️ Step-8 🏵️

When the meat is almost done, mix the meat with the fried rice. And add a little water. So that the remaining meat and rice can cook nicely. Sometimes we mix the biryani spices with the rice and meat. And at the end, we see a beautiful color.

Finally, our biryani is finished. Our cooking today was very delicious. Everyone who ate it praised it a lot. I like to have a picnic like this with the whole family sometimes. When everyone comes to our house, we all have a picnic like this. It was really a beautiful day.
