Both parties appeared in todays conference. Requesting party raised his concern on diminution of benefits for 120 pesos instead of 430 pesos which is already enjoyed.
On the clarification of employment status. Both parties agreed as long as his benefits is intact.
Both parties agreed to have another set of conference since they are open for possible settlement on the issues of being raised especially on the diminution of benefits.
Next and final conference is on October 6,2025 at 11AM.
This will serve as notice to both parties done this 1st day of October 2025, Cebu, Philippines.

Since there was a 6.9 earthquake in Cebu last September 30, 2025. There was integrity check of the building. The venue was outside the building. Our schedule was 11:00 p.m. The meeting was clear and both parties had agreed. The important thing was understanding the Labor Law in the Philippines. Like the Non-Diminution of Benefits which prohibits employers from deducting benefits to employees that had been received for a long time.Like in my experience recently from 430 pesos/daily allowance reduced to 120 pesos/daily. Besides there's no formal letter and reasons on why it went down.
Hopefully, this case will be solve today October 6, 2025.
