I Felt Good Running

I felt good and sweated so I jogged again. But I want to enhance into running. It's also good to level up my distance and endurance. I want to participate in Fun Run but I had not tried it. I used the Strava app to measure my pace in running. I did the 5k and 10k. I also tried sprinting.

I started this activity last month and have been doing it 3 -4 times a week. When I tested the 5k run using the Strava app, I got less than 30 minutes and 10k run within an hour. I felt great about that achievement. I got a speed of 5-6 min./ kilometer. it is considered a good paced for a recreational runners and comfortable for trained runners. Running became a habit for me and I loved it.



Every morning I had friends also together with me. We do it before work around 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. And I also felt comfortable with this habit. In the future I plan for 15k to 21k run and more. And I also plan on buying a running shoes since I don't have one. Hopefully, I can continue running and enjoy it as well.
