"Sharing Activities Joyfully with other's In the kitchen"
As a chef how do you feel cooking along side with other chefs in the kitchen?
I had a fun filled moments cooking with other chef's on the 30th of July it was a great moment of sharing kitchen ideas and tips i loved it so much here is the full detail on how it was done.
This weekend a special event will take place, the regional convention of Jehovah witnesses will be held in my state some important guest that will play vital role in the success of the convention arrived the state uyo to properly welcome them some meal were arranged to be prepared so as to served it to our guest.
The list of food on the menu was:
Launch
• Afang soup and fufu
Dinner
• white rice and stew
Dessert
Moi-moi
We started with afang soup which was launch it was prepare in a large quantity so more than one person share each task, the affang leaf was sliced by 3 persons water leaf was plugged by 4 persons then two other person were already pounding the afang immediately after being sliced,
meanwhile two other chef were already handling washing and pre cooking of proteins we had limited time of 3 hours to finish preparing the launch which was a success.
After preparing and delivering the soup and fufu for launch we immediately kicked started making dinner which was white rice and stew.
This part also was a shared activity which we started off by boiling and washing the white rice cooked in a large pot then made stew to be paired with the rice.
In this part of cooking i was assigned to prepare, washed and dice all the onions of which i did with great delight.Dessert preparation followed immediately we had two chef washed and separated the beans from the shaft,
All the meals prepared was in a large quantity two chefs voluntarily giving their best in some tasking activities show selfless sacrifice.
The food was parcel and sent to be delivered to our guest and the right time.
In all the activities that was carried out sacrificial love for one another made it unique because all of us abandoned our personal activities just to participate in the cooking and see in come to a success without having to settle any arising dispute everyone participated whole heartedly and with respect for each other so many great kitchen ideas and tips were shared which made the day was a huge success.
