Every week there comes a day in the lives of all of us when both mind and body need rest. That day happens for me. Yesterday was Sunday, and my husband also had a holiday. The atmosphere of the morning was very lovely. Light cool breeze and cup of tea made the beginning of the day even more special. We sat together and had tea, chatted a bit and started our day smiling.

As usual in the morning, I completed some important household work. Cleaning, kitchen and clothes etc. But I was happy while working, because we were going to spend the whole day with the family. There was a holiday atmosphere at home, no hurry, no office worries. Just a day full of intimacy and peace.

Everyone ate dinner together till noon. We cooked simple but delicious food at home. After dinner, took some rest and then listened to some old songs on TV. My son Mohammad Uwais would sometimes laugh while playing and sometimes play new pranks on me. Seeing him it seemed as if every wall of the house was filled with new brightness.

In the evening we decided to go out for a while.The weather was also pleasant, neither too hot nor cold just light breeze and setting sun. We went to the nearby garden.There were many children playing there some were swinging on the swing some were sliding on the slide and some were playing ball.Our son was also very happy to see them.There was a twinkle in his eyes and a smile on his face.He started playing with the other children, running here and there laughing.Seeing that moment gave great relief to our hearts.The happiness of the child is the greatest happiness for the parents.

We also took some pictures in the garden and sat and talked for some time on the green grass.The whole atmosphere seemed alive with the cool air around and the laughter of children.Honestly its little things like this that make life beautiful.

As night approached, we all decided to have dinner outside. So went to a small hotel nearby. The atmosphere there was also good. We ordered chapatti and mutton tihari dish for dinner.The food was very tasty, I still remember the aroma of spices and the taste of hot Tihari. Everyone ate the meal together with great pleasure. When we returned home after having the meal, we walked slowly with our son in our lap. After reaching home, everyone freshened up and talked for a while and then rested. The whole day was definitely tiring, but I felt deeply relieved.

Sometimes I think that the real happiness of life is not hidden in any big thing, but in such small moments – when the family is together, there is laughter, and there is no worry in the heart. These are the moments that remind us that true happiness is right around us.
