Hello the wonderful people of steem for betterlife, how is your day going I hope all is well today I will be participating in the community contest organized by @sofian88 with the theme "Can the Steemit Platform Become a Main Profession?".

In my entry I will be discussing and talking on the above mentioned topic and explaining how the steemit platform can be used as a main profession for us Steemians and how the steemit platform can help reduce the negative stigma of Blockchain from the minds of the people and investors.

CAN THE STEEMIT PLATFORM BE USED AS A MAIN PROFESSION?

The question of the day in today's contest is can the steemit platform be used as a main profession for Steemians? And the answer to that question is YES!!

Steemit is a platform feel with different and many communities and their various activities and rules to engage in so as to explore and learn different things from different people and get support from other community members and curators in other to make and earn a steady and passive income.

In the steemit platform one can decide to become a full time blogger and start earning lots of money without having going through Google verification or a certain level of qualifications in other to be able to show ads on their blog which is one of the main stress other bloggers pass through.

On the steemit platform you don't need to display ads on your post in other to make money and you are not paid by the number of total post clicks rather you article and post is open and made available to everyone in the blockchain so that everyone can have access to it and support you with their votes.

WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF WHAT TO POST

A lot of questions that most non—steemians has been asking is "what if I run out of post or article?" But trust me in the steemit platform you can never run out of what to post and the choice of articles to composed.

In the steemit platform there are a lot of things to write about, you can choose to write about you daily life and activities, get inspired by reading other people's post, you can choose to draw and explain the steps, you can also choose to tell stories, photographies and most importantly you choose to participate in community contests, engagement challenge etc.

CAN THE PRESENCE OF STEEMIT TURNS THE NEGATIVE STIGMA OF BLOCKCHAIN TO AN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY IN THE FUTURE?

Bitcoin which was the first cryptocurrency in the world that was introduced in 2008 and today there are thousands of cryptocurrency worldwide which has taken over the financial markets today.

But yet still a lot of people and government agencies has openly condemned and reject the used of cryptocurrency saying that it's been introduced by fraudsters and scammers take Nigeria for example the central bank of Nigeria last year once introduced CBNC (central bank of Nigeria coin) which the idea was openly condemned by our government, which is a negative stigma to the blockchain.

CAUSES OF THESE STIGMA'S

Some of the causes to these negative stigmas people have towards the blockchain is;

• The fear of lose
• Ignorance

THE FEAR OF LOSE

This is the number one reason why a lot of people stigmatized the blockchain because there are afraid the might loose all their funds and investments or maybe that hackers can all of a sudden hack and empty all of their funds.

IGNORANCE

And another and most important reason why people stigmatized the blockchain is due to ignorance which is lack of knowledge about a particular thing, people will not want to invest their money in what they do not have knowledge about because there are ignorance about that particular thing.

THE PRESENCE OF STEEMIT PLATFORM AS THE MESSIAH TO INVESTORS

The presence of steemit can for sure turn the negative stigma of the blockchain to an open opportunity where people and investors can openly and freely invest in cryptocurrencies without the fear of lose.

Just like in the crypto academy which is a community in the steemit platform has been educating Steemians on cryptocurrency education which has really help in creating public awareness of how the blockchain works, a lot of Steemians including me has really benefited from it and I really got to understand how the blockchain really works and some of the hidden rules and regulations governing it.

Therefore this means that the more people that will get to join the steemit platform and get to learn from the crypto academy community will help increase and enlightened the public more about the blockchain and it's securities thereby encouraging more investment.

CONCLUSION

For those really interested in becoming a writer the steemit platform can be your main profession because with it comes with various benefits and rewards according to your level of commitment and consistency, thank you all for reading my post have a good day and God bless.
